the apartment was located beside an ice cream shop on the 2nd floor of what seem like a commercial space. we were pleasantly surprised by how neat and nice the apartment was. besides it lacking abit of privacy, we really enjoyed our stay.

Aya was an exceptional host, thoughtful and caring. Despite our late check-in, she had already turned on the heater, which made us feel warmly welcomed after a long journey. It's clear how much effort she puts into making her guests' stay comfortable and smooth. One small note: the stairs leading to the apartment door are narrow, so do be careful when carrying large luggage. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. I came here with my family and we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. A small suggestion, I hope there will be more photos from the road to the door of the room to guide us to find our room, it is difficult to find it only through Google maps at night

Absolutely stunning place with abundant space and facilities. Far exceed our expectation with the spectacular decoration and cleanliness. Best fit for families gathering and friends' gathering. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful who have made our stay experience unforgettable. Definitely my recommendation.

It was very clean and I was very satisfied.The location is also in a calm location, very quiet and relaxing at night.I was also grateful to be able to get into the hot spring.

the house is wow and superb the lift facility inside the house really helpful for my parents.. the house is beautiful and peaceful near to the beach / bay yuko..she is such amazing host ..really helpful and generous.. worth the price and we really enjoy stay at this house next time if i travel again to japan.. i would definitely book again with this house..

It was very nice to see Mt. Fuji beautifully from every room.🌟 I also asked questions about the heating in the chat, and they went out of their way to turn them on and they were very kind. It was nice to have clean facilities and basically everything in the kitchen!

We stayed at Shoko’s place as a family with 2 kids. Our main purpose was to visit Mount Fuji and explore the countryside over a couple of days. The host (Shoko) was very helpful and gave us help whenever we needed, always helpful and responsive. If you want a base to explore Mount Fuji and the surrounding areas, I can highly recommend.

My family had a great time at this nicely renovated unit. It was also easy to reach Odawara Station etc. Will definitely stay here if we visit Hakone again. Thanks so much!

Scandinavian designer furniture, lighting, cushions, wall decoration, and interior are sophisticated! The area is quiet. For the trees and birds singing through the window I was healed. Hakone Onsen Tenzan is within walking distance. Dinner and hot springs were done there. The spacious bed in Simmons was comfortable to sleep in, and the waking up the next day was great. In the morning, I enjoyed the hot spring bath in the indoor bath. "I don't want to live in a home like this." And the whole family was very satisfied!

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Eriko was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had initial troubles finding the place. The place was as described, so much space, beautiful home, and incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings and location. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.
