Our host, who greeted us when we checked in, explained everything necessary with a smiling face. Everything was thought out to the finest detail for the comfort of the guests in the house, and it had a very nice location. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will choose it again.

The photos were as they actually appeared, and Ms. Seyma was quick and effective when we had a problem. You can stay with peace of mind.

We were comfortable like in our own home. We were already hitting the location and view of the house. We made the right choice. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is located on a hill, a 5-minute walk to the sea. Chain supermarkets are within walking distance. You can park your car on the street next to the house. Bashar gave all the necessary instructions to get into the apartment. Answered questions immediately. Of the minuses: not a working iron, lack of Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked everything and would stay with Bashar again.

The house of blue was an amazing place to stay.Taigoun was extremely helpful and always communicated promptly. The view was simply spectacular and it is very conveniently positioned for tourist sites and feeling part of Istanbul.

I had a smooth and nice stay

Excellent location close to Taksim, Istiklal, & metro. Apartment was spacious and the elevator is very useful with luggage. Everything was provided for our 1 week stay.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

We had some medical procedures scheduled, so we were looking for a place that was both comfortable and spacious since we’d be spending a lot of time at home. Even though it was just the three of us, it felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves. The house had a beautiful rustic charm, the decor was stunning, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even while Aaron was on a flight, he still made the effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it exceeded all of my expectations. We now know exactly where we’ll stay the next time we’re in Istanbul.

Erhan provided us with excellent directions for getting from the airport to the apartment as well as lots of information about the neighborhood. He was easy to communicate with and checked in with us regularly. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well equiped, and we really appreciated the lovely bowl of fresh fruit he provided for us. Location was good for grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, public transit, and one of Istanbul's main shopping streets a short distance away.
