Nice house - convenient to downtown Elkin and local wineries. Nicely decorated and wonderful amenities.

Great place to stay for 2 nights while traveling from Michigan to Florida with our dog. Easy access from interstate 77 Super clean and cozy. Great little town to explore and nice trails along the Yadkin river. Would absolutely stay here again versus a hotel room if available. Thank you Sandee and Moe!

This is the most precious place! Immaculately clean and has so many extras! Lynn thought of everything and was so responsive throughout our stay. Would stay again 100%! We even got to pet the cows! So much fun! Highly recommend!

I loved my solo stay !! Definitely a great place to relax and reset ! I always appreciate a good hot tub! The only thing that concerned me was the lack of a private reflective film on the windows, which means people can easily see inside, especially at night. But everything else was wonderful . I wasn’t able to use the hammock on my stay due to the rain but still ventured outside to enjoy the views. I definitely recommend this getaway !

Ellen's Red Farmhouse was perfect for our group. The home was very clean & decorated with a charming country vibe; we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The kitchen was well equipped & we appreciated all of the information she included in her welcome binder. We discovered that the grill's propane tank was empty, but a message to her was answered quickly & she rectified the problem immediately. Would definitely recommend her place to travelers visiting the area.

Cute place and loved the paintings! very close to downtown and the park and the Venues we went to see. Loved having my littles with me to enjoy it all and they even said "can we go back to that house?" Will visit again!

A wonderful weekend spent with our family! My husband and his family stayed here two years ago the weekend we got married, loved the house, and wanted to stay again with my family. Definitely a unique opportunity to visit the Dobson-Rockford-Boonville area that we don't normally visit, even living only 20-30 minutes away. So many vineyards nearby to visit, but we loved Sanders Ridge! Also paid a visit to The Depot at Cody Creek. Be sure the Rockford General Store is open before you stroll down there from the house. Found cute boutiques in Boonville and Rockford, too! The fire-pit and property are spacious and relaxing, perfect for a short weekend getaway outside of Winston-Salem and Mt. Airy. We will definitely be back to make more memories!

We spent a three days in Yadkin Valley Wine Country. Our time at Tim’s house was pleasant and comfortable from start to finish. Tim has nailed pretty much everything you could ask for from a host property. The house is very charming, hospitable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with all of the essentials. The beds were very comfortable. The house instructions were well documented and we appreciated the local food and entertainment recommendations. Tim was very responsive and while we did not need to, I knew that he would have responded right away if we did. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and I highly recommend seeking out Tim if you are heading to beautiful Yadkin Valley. Steve & Cathy Solis
