Vacation rentals with a patio in Xinyi District

Our family enjoyed our stay in Taipei. Very convenient location, lots of food options, close to transit and train station. Host is extremely helpful and responsive. Although the place is older, it was kept clean. Will definitely consider this host again.

A very peaceful and clean apartment with all necessary amenities. Very close to the zoo and Maokong cable car. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the hot water in the shower next to the master bedroom required a lot of patience to wait.

Our whole family of four stayed here for summer vacation and we were so glad to stay here. It’s a good size condo for 4 of us. The bathrooms are newly renovated. Great location where it’s just step away from the famous 737 food alley, also short walking distance to Metro station. Every room has AC which is a big relief in summer. There are washer and dryer. Will definitely stay here again next time.

it is a newly renovated apartment with timber flooring, new tile for the bathroom, water heater, washing machine, aircond/heater, cooking area & good lighting. the location is strategic at the center district of taipei. the apartment is located at local community living area with variety of selection of local food, 24 hours convenience store & japanese/korean restaurents. the morning local wet market is within walking distance. there are abundance choices of local delicacy, noodles, chinese food, dim sum , and the famous "opium 鴉片" porridge, etc. we do enjoyed our 8 days stay at Pei shu apartment.

Fantastic location that was very close to MRT, local cafes & eateries, McDonald’s literally down the road. The apartment is on the second floor and has lift access so no need to worry about heavy luggage. The three bedrooms are generous in size, one with its own ensuite and small lounge area.

We had a lovely stay here—great quiet neighborhood close to MRT and downtown. Great cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The place was clean and spacious and we had a lovely time here.

Thank you Paul for hosting us at his place. The location is perfect - near everything you need from Food to Shopping, yet it is on a quiet side of the street so it works well for us with small kids. Everything was well provided and worked well. Thanks again!

Very responsive, friendly and hospitable hosts. The apartment is secured and great size for 5-6pax. Conveniently located, just less than 10min walk to Ximending and MRT station, and also Huaxi street night market.

We had a lovely stay at Jean's property. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week! Quiet surroundings. Kind and considerate host - you should consider for your Yilan trip.

The accommodation was nice and very comfortable to have a direct view of the ocean and would stay again next time!

We stayed as a family with 1 infant. The free parking is very useful as we’re driving. Washing machine, dryer and well-equipped kitchen are very handy. She also shared recommendations of local eateries and quite responsive to any questions.

Coco was the best host that I have encounter so far, she even came over ard 10pm to fix the TV issue for me when I told her that I was OK to do without it but she came over n ensure me that her services is beyond my imagination n try to fix it for me . When I ask her about location to store my luggage as my flight depart at 120am, she offer me to stay at her place till 8pm without any charges and that's was a big surprise to me and both my kids were so happy as they can go for a nice dinner without worry about the luggage and still able to go for a nice shower before we head out to the airport. STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO STAY AT THIS PLACE, THE BEST LANDLORD THAT I HAVE EVER MET AND SHE SHOW ME THE WARMTH N CARING CHARACTER OF A TAIWANESE. Welldone Coco and u have make taiwan proud

Great experience, the host is attentive and the environment is clean, the small yard at the door is great for relaxing, and the subway station is conveniently located within a five-minute walk.There are many tapas food, supermarkets downstairs, and the life function is great.Have fallen in love here for a few days, hope to stay again next time!

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.

The accommodation is convenient, there are many buses at the intersection, and the subway is about an eight to ten minute walk.There are also plenty of restaurants and snacks nearby, and there is a family mart store in the alley, which is convenient.The host was kind and very responsive to messages.The house has a lot of space and it's really convenient to spread out and organize your luggage!👍🏻👍🏻
