A tastefully decorated space in a nice building, with all amenities you might need. In a quiet street within walking distance of the station and by public transport. We felt completely comfortable in this apartment.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Peter’s place to visit family, this time with my son. I chose it again for all the reasons in my review- it’s so quiet, clean and plenty of room. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and a 7 minute walk to the family. Peter is excellent at responding to queries /requests within a short space of time and is extremely friendly and helpful. I will use Peter’s place again for my visits next year for sure

Martin's apartment was neat, tidy, and had everything I need. Martin greeted me and I was struck by his incredible friendliness, and patiently answered my questions. The apartment is at the top floor of his house with lots of stairs, but manageable. The instruction laid out was clear, concise. Arguably the best Airbnb I found in Bochum.

Really very clean accommodation, located 20 min by car from Düsseldorf Messe for lovers of the various lounges that are organized there. Welcoming, responsive and discreet host. Restaurants nearby: we recommend the Portuguese restaurant Bistro Lisboa for both the quality of the service and the cuisine. We'll come back without hesitation!

We had a great weekend! The apartment has everything you need and there was plenty of space. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed how comfortable the apartment was. It feels brand new with nice furniture and was well appointed for cooking and there is also a desk with monitor for working at. The host was very responsive and helpful and checked in with us during our stay. Parking was always easy to find on the street outside the apartment. There is a nice shopping street just around the corner with restaurants, bakeries, a grocery store, and lots of shops. One thing to note is that there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment and one is a spiral and a little narrow if you have heavy bags.

A nice small apartment, which includes everything you need. Clean and well-maintained. Great hosts. The apartment is also suitable for families with 2 infants. Parking right in front of the house after it is a quiet residential area. Unfortunately, the location is far bomb center in Mönchengladbach and I also have to deduct stars in terms of price. Accommodation is easily accessible. Easy check in. Everything very clean. Quiet area. Very suitable for a short stay, for a longer not there is no cooking option. The host is very friendly and quick to respond.

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Already getting in touch in advance was hassle-free and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and is also ideally suited for a longer stay in the rooms. The kitchen is complete and functional, the bathroom is a wellness area, and the beds are top notch. We didn't need advice for the area because we were home there once. Heike and Mike were always responsive and helpful in all things. The location is quiet and yet central, so you can get everywhere quickly (Alps, Xanten, Wesel, Duisburg, Holland, etc.). For us, Heike's apartment has become the first point of contact for a stay on the Lower Rhine.

Marlou was super friendly, check in and departure were quite easy and the place was clean and very nice. There is not much going on in the immediate vicinity, but with a car, supermarkets and restaurants are not far away. For more than 2 people, the place is a bit small, but for a break for two it is perfect.

Christofer was super nice, flexible and a very good host. Everything was really excellent. The hot tub was also mega! I highly recommend it.
