Vacation rentals with a patio in Wylie

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

This was the perfect place for me and my husband's work trip. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well stocked with lots of accessories. Stella, the host was wonderful and responsive and even allowed us to have a later check out since the place was not booked. The pool looked amazing and we would love to book again when the weather is warmer. Lots of good restaurants and shopping very close by.

We were in town for an event at the convention center. The location of this apartment was perfect, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It also felt very safe with the key code access to the apartment. I was very happy with our accommodations. I do think people should know this part of downtown Dallas has a large homeless population, and there is a fair amount of crime. This has nothing to do with this host or this listing. We were thrilled with our stay given that we needed to be in this area so we could walk to the convention center. However, this area of downtown may not be your best option if you are open to staying in other neighbirhoods.

Very great unit. The location was good, always parking either in street or garage area. The unit itself was clean and a good size. The host was super helpful to any problem. Definitely would recommend if you’re needing something in the area.

Amazing place to stay for the night. me and my girlfriend were able to relax in this comfy apartment. Definitely worth the value and price.

This is a very neat and comfy home, especially for my family of six. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and not far from restaurants or shops. Bathrooms were very clean and roomy. Nathan was very responsive and friendly. Thank you Nathan!!!

Great stay! Close to the activity we were attending. Host was very responsive and flexible! We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or garage game room due to the extreme cold weather but that was nature!

Although I was totally busy teaching my friend how to make fresh pasta, I felt compelled to share my positive experience just 3 hours after checking in because this place is simply stunning! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hosts were exceptionally professional and responsive, addressing all my questions before I booked, and the check-in process was seamless. As a chef, I was particularly excited about the kitchen, and it did not disappoint—truly a dream space! I felt completely at ease here, as if I were at home, yet without the feeling of intruding on someone else's space. The parking was convenient, and the open layout, stylish furnishings, high ceilings, and beautiful lighting exceeded my expectations. Although I haven’t rented from my own account as frequently, I always select the accommodations for my group trips. Having stayed in around 20 places across the US and beyond, I can confidently say that this townhouse is now one of my top favorites. I only

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

The house is very well maintained and very clean. Hosts were great and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I would choose this place to stay again if needed.

Loved that it is a corner condo. So much natural light came in when we opened the blinds which was great for reading!

Leslie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is well-decorated and comfortable. It was nice having a pool so close and the complex felt secure.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

I got this place because the other one I previously booked with Braden's wasn't going to be empty by the time I had my check-in. Braden called me and arranged this apartment. It is in an adorable neighborhood, plenty of pretty houses to look while talking a walk. I did have some leaking in the middle of my lease, but Braden took care of it. I didn't like the lack of storage in the kitchen for pantry items, but that was really the only thing I didn't like about the place. Also didn't have available salt, oil or anything like that. Pans are really nice. Well equipped kitchen! Pool and common area are nice, it feels like we're inside of a forest. At the end of the day, you can hear a lot of cicadas, but that was actually relaxing to me. Close to coffee/tea shops and other restaurants, and Whole Foods. It was a great experience overall! I'd stay there again!
