The apartment is in a serene estate, easily accessible and close to the major road, the apartment is neat with modern facilities and if you are a food lover like me who spends more time in the kitchen you’ll wish for a bigger kitchen lol, otherwise it is convenient for a one bedroom apartment ….I never thought I could stay this long in any Airbnb but the host (Efosa) who was very interactive and always there to attend to me made my 44 days stay worth every cent, what I loved most about the apartment is that you have the whole compound to yourself and the bush bar for relaxation….it’s actually a perfect home away from home and I highly recommend it

Raynard’s home is perfection personified! The attention to detail in cleanliness and beauty is impeccable. The apartment is EVERYTHING as described. Not once did I feel hot in the house. Raynard put in a lot of effort into the functionality of the house to ensure his guests feel 100% at home. My family truly enjoyed the home; the rooms were spacious and relatively safe for my infant and toddler. Honestly, I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in the area, and this one is the best your money can get because Raynard understands hospitality. The icing on the cake and the most valued piece of the puzzle is Chef Martin! Chef Martin is the glue that holds this wonderful property together. He’s available at your service, ensuring unparalleled hospitality and care. We were spoiled silly by Chef Martin—his assistance in prepping food for us and running small errands made a world of difference for me as a new mom of little kids. Will definite come back again and again!

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me location wise as it’s not far from the airport and also not far from the city itself. Special shoutout to P the house manager who was always available via text or call if anything was needed. If I’m ever back in Abuja, this is a great place to stay as it is private and secure. 10/10 from me.

Although there were a couple of hiccups you cannot fault the team for the efforts they made to overcome them. Communication as flawless and they were available to help whenever needed. Amazing service and I will use in future.

Spent a couple of days in this really classy place. Voke was available to receive and show us around the place. The house is really neat and actually looks better than the pictures. Very spacious and modern rooms with functional facilities. The full kitchen has got everything you need for cooking and Ovie was kind enough to give us a ride to a nearby supermarket for grocery shopping. House is well furnished with real quality stuff. There's constant light supply and everything works. The environment is serene and secure with excellent access control. Not far from Magic land and other important spots in Abuja. Ovie was a very attentive host who made us feel very comfortable. Our departure flight was delayed by a couple of hours and Ovie allowed us check out late. We'll certainly stay here again whenever we are in Abuja.

Safe location with superior service! The flats are well maintained and equipped. Everything is in working order…hot water, stove, microwave, washer, kettle, TVs, etc. Amina has her flats on “lock” meaning hands down hospitality from response time to action. I would recommend this place to anyone on any level!

The location, host, and accommodation were excellent overall. However, it was quite frustrating to have to manually switch from electricity to the generator whenever the power went out. It would be beneficial for the host to set up an automatic power transition to avoid manual changes. This feedback is meant to be constructive.

I enjoyed my stay, Maleeq was helpful & proactive of his guest’s needs! The space was clean & private and the neighborhood is lively, with a lot to do and access.

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

The apartment was booked for my sister and nephew for a two nights of attending a meeting in Abuja. They had an issue with transportation and only arrived to the apartment 1 day later, and spent a night instead of two. They had a fantastic stay in the apartment, nothing to complain about. Thanks

I enjoyed my stay at Chinedus place. Aminat the apartment manager, and Matthew the housekeeper were very helpful and responsive, and made sure the apartment was regularly cleaned and any necessities taken care of. Especially loved the neighborhood - right in the city center, within walking distance to most activities in Wuse 2. Only complaint i had on arrival (lack of toiletries) was sorted soon after by the housekeeper. I'd definitely stay again when next I'm in town.
