Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

Terabs place is amazing and plush. My family and I felt right at home. We felt safe at all times. There was power and the internet was great. My son mentioned upon arrival: “I can definitely get used to this”. It was clean, very clean. I would definitely stay again. Well done Terab, you have something special here.

The apartment is in a serene estate, easily accessible and close to the major road, the apartment is neat with modern facilities and if you are a food lover like me who spends more time in the kitchen you’ll wish for a bigger kitchen lol, otherwise it is convenient for a one bedroom apartment ….I never thought I could stay this long in any Airbnb but the host (Efosa) who was very interactive and always there to attend to me made my 44 days stay worth every cent, what I loved most about the apartment is that you have the whole compound to yourself and the bush bar for relaxation….it’s actually a perfect home away from home and I highly recommend it

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb at "house one" in Abuja! The house was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. The host was super responsive and made sure I had a great experience. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

This apartment is beautiful. Mr. Martins, the house manager is a fantastic cook and super helpful. He assisted me things that I consider above and beyond his responsibilities. I’m looking forward to my next stay in this amazing apartment.

We had a great stay at Chinelo's. It was very cozy and felt like home. Visiting Nigeria for the first time, The location was perfect and central. Perfect location for exploring the city & near the airport. I was informed by an uber driver, the place is also in a very safe gated community with good security. The host is welcoming and fast to respond to any questions & Paul, the caretaker was also very helpful & available to take care of any requests. The house has a nice size kitchen and were able to cook during our stay & also equipped with 24/7 electricity with an invertor & generator. When the power goes out, you still have access to electricity. However as others have previously mentioned, the AC isn't available in some of the rooms but there are fans available in each room to support. Overall, I wld highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this area. Thanks Chinelo for a clean, comfortable stay. My family and I are thankful...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb apartment and had such a fantastic experience that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. First and foremost, the location of this apartment is simply unbeatable. I like that it is actually at the heart of abuja and literally you'll find everything right at your doorstep. Ona went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made me feel at home throughout my visit, I truly wish I had longer time to stay. As for the apartment itself, it exceeded all expectations. The space was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully decorated. Every amenity I could possibly need was provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedding and plush towels. I loved staying at Sean's place, all the descriptions were spot on. Staff was so helpful with all that I needed. I felt right at home especially coming all the way from the US. The plan was clean and everything worked in the apartment. The bed was very very comfortable and enough closet space. There's a private balcony you can sit out on that's where I would have my coffee in the morning also getting an Uber /Bolt was also easy to do as well Wifi was on point the had a back up to their wifi, in Abuji there are blackouts but because of their generator they only last for 2mins( it happens all over Abuja).The air conditioning was nice and cold and nice hot running water. All in all it was a great and safe place to stay. There is always security outside 24/7. I even extended a few more and Tope was very flexible with the time. When coming back to Abuji I will DEFINITELY use the apartment again and will be sharing with my traveling nurses.

Lovely and neat space. Very beautiful and serene surroundings. Mr. Wasiu was rightly responsive and quick to come to aid when I needed it. 10/10 recommend this space for anyone who wants a budget-friendly place that feels like home for real ❤️.

Security forces as great. Great communication. Anything I needed was attended too in a sharp manner. Everything I needed to cook was in the kitchen. Market is a short ride. The staff is one of THE BEST STAFFS I’ve encountered while traveling to Nigeria. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Chinedus place. Aminat the apartment manager, and Matthew the housekeeper were very helpful and responsive, and made sure the apartment was regularly cleaned and any necessities taken care of. Especially loved the neighborhood - right in the city center, within walking distance to most activities in Wuse 2. Only complaint i had on arrival (lack of toiletries) was sorted soon after by the housekeeper. I'd definitely stay again when next I'm in town.

My stay at Chizomam's place was amazing. The estate is very calm, well planned and designed with very good security at the main entrance. The room was very comfortable and well thought out. The host was very accommodating even with changes to my plans. I had a great time.
