Always enjoy Southport! The place has everything you need for a great vacation. And the best way to enjoy Southport is by bike. I love this rental because it has the best cruisers. When we arrived 1 tire was flat and Rhonda’s husband came out to fix it for us! They are great hosts!

2nd time I have stayed here; a perfect place to enjoy the simple stillness and beauty of the south end of Wrightsville!

Lynne's condo is in a great location especially if you want to be within walking distance of restaurants, museums and the Wilmington Riverfront. The condo is very clean and comfy with a spectacular view of the Riverfront. We enjoyed listening to Christmas music from the balcony and watching the light show sponsored by a local company. No need to drive during our stay and parking was next door to the condo. Would recommend if you're interested in a vibrant community with lots to see and do.

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Wonderful place! Spotless, comfy, plenty of kitchen tools, upstairs bedroom room with balcony is fantastic! Great beach front location, yet still super close to grocery, etc. Really appreciated Jennifer’s flexibility with checkout time.

My recent stay at the Regency that exceeded our expectations! The property was exactly as described, with cozy decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there was one drawback that I feel is worth mentioning: the cleaning fees. While I understand that cleaning fees are standard, I was surprised to find that, despite paying a significant amount for cleaning, guests were still asked to load the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before checking out. This felt a bit contradictory, and it made me question the value of the cleaning fee itself. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful visit! The house was welcoming, extremely clean, large with 4 bedrooms and a large, open kitchen. We loved the pool table, foosball game, and other games located in the home. Even though it was 35 degrees, my brother and daughter took the kayaks out on the river and had a great time. We also enjoyed the pier and the rope swing. The host was very responsive and helpful! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This property is a dream! The waterfront view is absolutely amazing. There are 4 different porches to choose from and that's where we spent most of our time at the house - either taking in the views on the waterfront side or people watching on the street side. The layout of the house would allow for larger family trips where everyone would still have their own space and still have the common areas to hang out together. Quick walk to the beach access and walkable to the boardwalk area. Most comfortable beds we have ever had at an AirBNB.

This space could not have been cozier or cooler! We loved all of the vintage accents and personal touches that Bryan and Mari preserved in this property and you can tell that this space has been a happy place for so many that have stayed over the years. The location could not have been better for a quiet beach stay and provided a lot of comfort for us during our visit. Their responsiveness was unmatched as well.

We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. This home exceeded our expectations and made our beach trip even more memorable! Very roomy with a great outside space over-looking the marsh so we could watch the wildlife as we drank our coffee. The walk to be beach was close and easy. And it was perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Bob and Donna were so responsive and quick to help with any question! A definite place to return and spend more time!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. the condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. My favorite part of the condo was the large outdoor patio with comfortable seating. The weather was so wonderful that when we were not on the beach we were on the patio. We ate at some great local restaurants, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped for cooking with herbs and cooking oil, etc. supplied. Also a great little coffee shop was just a block or 2 away. The public beach access was just a block away as well. Parking was convenient just below the condo. Tony was a very responsive host and even let us know the condo was available for early check-in the day we arrived. Thanks Tony!

PROs -Chad was super communicative from the start. -Easy beach access and close to many great spots -Place is as described and well stocked for what you could need. CONs -The place is a bit hard to find in the dark as all the surrounding buildings/units look alike. -The unit itself is on the bottom floor. It can be quite loud due to people on the floor above. SUMMARY We loved it and enjoyed our time here. 100% would recommend!!

This is home away from home. We tried another place a few months ago. It was not the same. We will only stay at this condo. See you again in the near future.

Seeing the sunrise and sunset with the battleship is really nice. The place is so cozy and the basic necessities are complete. Aaron was friendly and very responsive, will definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for my cousin's weekend wedding. Corey's place was a block from the venue with so many great shops, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. The condo itself was the perfect size for the two of us with all the listed amenities, an excellent view of the river, and even a lovely gifted bottle of wine. The check-in process has several steps, especially with a car to park in the garage a block away, but the instructions Corey sent proactively were SUPER detailed and easy to follow. We had no trouble at all. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights, booked at the absolute last minute. The I had to change the schedule and Taryn made it easy. No problem she said in a very quick response. She checked on us , unprompted during our stay to make sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend staying at Taryn’s place. This was a great place to stay! I looked up many places on CB and this was definitely the best. The view is amazing and it is right beside the drive able beach for 4WD vehicles. The Airbnb was spotless and we can’t thank Chris enough for being a great host!
