We had a wonderful experience staying at the Gorilla House. The house itself is in a lovely neighborhood and is very clean. Great space for everyone to congregate yet have their own space. Faith was a pleasure to communicate with - super friendly and readily available. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again on future visits.

My friend and I had a girls' getaway to Yellow Springs. It was a wonderful weekend. YS, even in cold and wet March, is a lovely place to visit. There are many nature preserves to explore and bike paths to follow. It is close to Clifton Gorge, which is stunning. YS is a small town with friendly residents. People smiled at strangers. Remarkable! The apt is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The apt was spotless, welcoming, delightfully warm and cozy. It had everything we needed. On a day when the weather was cold and rainy, we were happy to stay in and play the board games provided by Marie. (If my friend is reading this review, you only won because you cheated!). We also liked the art and the book and coffee selection. Marie is an excellent host. She was responsive, kind, friendly and made recommendations to enhance our visiting experience. I would gladly book with Marie again.

This was our second visit to this home and it did not disappoint! I wanted a peaceful, cozy setting for our last family trip before our oldest moves out. I knew this home would be perfect. We enjoyed the cozy ambiance while playing lots of games, watching movies, enjoying the hot tub, and sitting around the fire pit. It was such a wonderful visit!

We absolutely loved staying in this adorable cottage. Lisa was very welcoming and everything was beautiful and well maintained. The pond was wonderful to fish in and even though the weather wasn’t great during our stay we enjoyed the peaceful views! Would highly recommend this cottage!!

Carol’s place was exactly as described. The home was very large, and had plenty of space to spread out. We had a large group of all ages, and everyone had somewhere to sleep safely. I liked that there were two bedrooms downstairs, so there was enough accommodations for the people in our group that couldn’t safely do the stairs. I imagine it would be fun to stay in summertime when you could enjoy the outdoors as well! This will be our go to place for the Dayton area!

Very creative conversion of a grain silo to an Airbnb! Wally and Cindy told us a bit about how it came to be, and were very friendly. The place was cozy, a great getaway! Very neat, comfortable furnishings, tastefully decorated for the season and with a farmhouse touch. Good suggestions for restaurants.

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group! We felt safe in the area, which was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. The game and theater rooms added greatly to the fun of our stay! Naseeb was consistently proactive and responsive. Given our flight time, we were hoping for a later checkout, and she was gracious to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
