Had a great almost 2 month stay at the apartment. It was tastefully furnished and we enjoyed our stay. The views in the apartment are also amazing. The host, Rajbeer was very responsive, answered my many questions and catered to our requests for additional items such as a blender. Would definitely recommend to others.

The unit is 5 min drive to RIM Park which is perfect for attending the OVA tournament. Hosts are friendly and responsive. The unit is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great host and lovely house! Felt right at home straight away and really became attached to the house in the 5 weeks we stayed. Would recommend a car to get around. The area can appear a little run down. It is an up and coming area and people are very friendly but I would not recommend walking late at night alone. Great bars and coffee shops on the same road. Highly recommend comma coffee and wild cats bar if you visit!

First off: Marcella is the kindest and most generous host that we've encountered. We booked our stay to get ready for our wedding and then stay the night. From the moment I first reached out, Marcella was not only responsive but also so proactive. From meeting us early to check out the grounds, to the flexibility around check in & out, to making us a fresh bouquet of wild flowers that morning, there was no accommodation she couldn't meet. The site itself is nothing short of magical and hard to believe it was mere minutes away from civilization. I've never been greeted by A peacock when I've arrived at an Airbnb let alone a muster of them! We felt as though we struck gold with this stay - romantic, magical, spacious and surrounded by nature. While we don't intend on getting married again, I can certainly see us finding other excuses to book a return stay. Heartily recommend reaching out to Marcella if you have any questions, she's a consummate professional but also highly empathetic.

Had a great stay at Jas’s place, the parking was a huge plus and the building was just as I expected/hoped (I had stayed there in a different unit before). Communication was excellent throughout and amenities were all perfectly available except for the building hot tub, which was under maintenance temporarily. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private quiet space for work or travel.

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect, it was a beautiful apartment and Lauren was very responsive if needed. Would definitely stay there again when back in Waterloo.

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.

Amazing stay! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a foodie because there are so many great local eats that are just minutes away from the condo! Only thing is, the check in instructions were a little be confusing so please contact them prior to arriving (they are very responsive and super helpful!) The place was spotless and the view out the balcony was stunning (because we had nice weather during our stay, it made it more enjoyable!) Will definitely be booking with them again 🩷

Tyrone is easily the best experience I have had with AirBnb, an absolute gent of a host. Extremely helpful and gets back to you ASAP on any request! The apartment itself is really well set up with everything where you expect it and the layout makes it so easy to keep clean, it's also situated near some decent restaurants like Tamasha, Trunk and Coops Chicken. Obviously theres a Tim Hortons only a 3 minute walk and there's a groovy supermarket down King steet. Also very close to the Kitchener Markets. Next visit I will be staying here too if available.
