Vacation rentals with a patio in Woolner

This place is absolutely incredible and in such a great spot if you’re visiting Darwin for the first time. You’re in the centre of the CBD, and everything is in walking distance - including restaurants, shops, bars and pubs. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, a hot plate, an air fryer, coffee machine etc. You genuinely feel like you’re at home. ☺️ Can’t wait to come back one day. 🌸

Erin's place we found was very accessible, well located and had a great view. We were able to see the new year fireworks from the balcony, which was perfect. The set up was well thought of with comfortable lounge and bed. Erin was very responsive without any hassles at all. We loved our stay and would recommend it for any wanting somewhere close to everything in the city, with a great view. We would stay here again if returning to Darwin.

Keoh’s place is very clean and comfortable. Very clear communication, easy check in and out. He was very gracious and efficient in replacing the air-conditioning unit when it broke down mid-stay. Even provided us with a late-checkout! The location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Hi, this is in the Mantra Pardanus. There was no shampoo or conditioner, but a supermarket is nearby. While the room itself is pristine, the carpets in the Mantra hallways are getting tired. Place was great, view is fantastic, bed fine, wifi good. I’d come back.

Stephen and his lovely wife were very responsive. Everything about the property was exactly as shown in the picture if not better. Beautiful view from both balcony’s, very clean and tidy and a perfect for family’s. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Really lovely set up right across from the pool! Would definitely stay again - very thoughtful in all the details. I live in Darwin and stayed with friends travelling and it was a great mini vacation even for myself. The inside is beautiful, beds very comfy!

Great simple place that was good value for money - unbeatable location with a balcony right across from Nightcliff pool and foreshore cafe. Close to bus stop to get into town. Great host.

Had a great weekend away from Darwin. A big open space up stairs, lovely pool and of course the beautiful beach. We had a few kids and they loved the toys, pool and beach. the kitchen has everything you need and we all said we would go back there. Looking forward to it.

I had an incredible stay at Eva's Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. On my first day, she graciously brought over some delicious lumpia, along with a lovely Indonesian snack that I hadn’t had in years. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. As fellow Indonesians, it felt like a warm reunion—her kindness and attention to detail were beyond expectations. Her place is simply amazing—beautifully maintained, it felt like I was back home in Bali. Every corner of the property reflects how much care and effort Eva puts into keeping it in top shape. Also can’t forget her friendly dog, Brutus! The instructions to get into the property were clear and easy to follow, making the check-in process seamless. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and authentic experience. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Tante Eva!🥰

Great place for my family to stay with plenty of space. The outdoor area was perfect for family dinning. The place was clean and tidy. The yard was secure which made us feel safe. The coffee machine was a welcome addition. Communication with Jase was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thanks.

The place was clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen and intuitive appliances that didnt need an electrical engineering degree to operate. Excellent place if you are travelling with a dog as the yard is fully fenced and plenty of room for them. Woolworths/bottle shop and service station under 2ks up the road. Well positioned for quiet evening after exploring local attractions. Enjoyed our 3 nights and would stay again. Well priced and i have no dramas recommending this little nugget to others.

I had a great 3-night stay at Stuart Park in Darwin. The place was easy to find, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. Its location is excellent—close to the CBD, making it easy to explore the city. Eve and Tom are proactive and providing thoughtful touches and quick responses to any queries. The accommodation offered a cozy and convenient base for exploring Darwin. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

We weren’t expecting what we got, many descriptions are overblown but not this Airbnb. Spacious, clean , central to the city. Easy parking included Facilities were first class and the quality was way beyond 3 star hotels in Darwin. Would definitely recommend this bnb. One out of the box.
