Second time staying at the Beach Ranch and will definitely be back. Place is setup perfectly and having a small garden space to relsx outdoors also amazing.

we absolutely loved staying here and will be back. Clean, steps away from the ocean, markets were close and the best cafes in town all walking distance. The apartment was fantastic with all amenities we needed to cook, rest, play and practice yoga. Such incredible value.

Helen was a welcoming and responsive host, who was eager to make our stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. She left a generous and delicious range of provisions that more than got us through the first night. The unit was cool on arrival a the fans and air conditioner ensured our comfort day and night. The pool was a beautiful way to relax at the end of each day. The proximity to the Clarence River and historic figtree lined streets were an absolute bonus. We definitely want to stay at Helen's when we are next in Grafton.

Thank you Mark for having us at Sawtell. It was wonderful to be able to bring my kids to stay where I spent my holidays growing up. So many wonderful memories. The place is amazing, newly renovated, comfortable, clean and tidy. You have everything you need for holidays as a family. So easy to get to the beach or to the shops. We had a lovely time and can't wait to do it again.

This was the 2nd time staying at breakers and it didn’t disappoint- the apartment is so spacious and the view is absolutely spectacular. Def. We would love to keep coming back as the host is very responsive and the location is walking distance to everything you need.

We found the place very clean and comfortable, met all our needs. The view was spectacular.

Liz was a wonderful host but the actual complex, not the unit, needs an update: laundry insufficient. Bins need cleaning; driveway certainly needs maintenance; pot holes and noisy pebble surface. This is no reflection on Unit 6 just the Iluka Villas. Body Corp needs to take this in hand.

We stayed at Roz’s for the first time away as a family of 3! Was comfortable and we felt right at home. Wonderful to sit out on the deck enjoying the serenity. Neighbourhood was quiet. Roz was helpful and accomodating 😃

We had a wonderful time here . Mark was proactive and very responsive. This place is a hidden gem and we enjoyed every bit of it.

House was in a GREAT location. Place was clean & an awesome place to stay!

The place was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to the creek and dog beach as well as the harbour. Lots of space for everyone and the ducted aircon was great.

A very nice place to spend a few days on our way back down the coast. Close to the beach and great yard for the dogs. We would stay there again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay especially walks along the beach and to the headlands, also proximity to cafes and restaurants. Found the road a little noisier than expected so didn't sit out on the balcony as much as anticipated.

Had a lovely stay! Place was right on the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway. Host was super responsive & let us know place was available for early check in. Beds super comfy, altogether a great place to stay and would recommend!
