Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A fully furnished, true home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a large backyard and patio. Plenty of room to spread out. Additional parking in back. There is a ring doorbell camera by the front door for security. It is next door to the Cozy Oak house that we also have listed on Airbnb 🏡

Once again this house is like our home away from home. Reagan is always accommodating which is why he's a SUPER host 👍 & deserves it! If there is ever something I have a question about or if i just forgot which day is check out 🤦🏻‍♀️🥴 he is more than willing to work with me on it lol. We have stayed here probably 6-7 times now but its usually booked! Honestly the other Airbnb's we've stayed in down here don't compare. The beds are wonderful & so is the furniture, so comfy! I also love having a whole house to ourselves instead of being cooped up in a hotel. This house is in a quiet neighborhood too so there's not traffic making noise all night long. Like the hotels in Woodward that are all along the main highway so all you hear is the Semi trucks all night. Fully Fenced in backyard is great for the dogs but we didn't bring them with this time. So if your reading through the reviews to try & make a decision on where to stay I would HIGHLY recommend THIS house 👍

We stayed in Woodward for work and found Douglas’s place for a great price. He was extremely quick responding and the house was perfect when we got there. Even after messaging him at 8pm he got us taken care of ASAP. Comfortable beds, large tvs, and plenty of space to hang out in. I will definitely stay here again next time around!

There's so much I could say about the sweetest hosts to exist! And the adorable cottage I stayed in with such a wonderfully relaxing tub! And the incredible views on the peaceful, safe property!
