Beautiful home, comfortable and relaxing! Great communication even in an unexpected blizzard, assured a friendly plow company with in 12 hours of the storms passing to dig us out! Everything was perfect for what our family needed to come together to give thanks for our many blessings. Thank you Jade! We enjoyed our stay!

I love both of Jeffrey’s properties that I’ve stayed at for wellness retreats amongst our group of friends and family— truly there is so much Love that is poured into his properties. This home felt so cozy, relaxing, and we all felt right at home— the Love that’s been put into this home is so clear and obvious. The wine and the coffee station were such sweet additions! Hot tub jets are soooo proper and strong. Bathtub was sweet for an Epsom salt bath. Beds are incredibly comfortable! Kitchen is so stocked with everything you may need. Anytime I come to the white mountains and need a place to stay, I will always rent from Jeffrey.

Our stay at the place was very pleasant, the house was clean and tidy. We grilled meat and had a great time. We would come back to this place without hesitation!

The lodge was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the location. Not too far from what we wanted to do. Christy was very responsive and made sure we were OK. Would definitely return. Deb

my husband, myself and another couple stayed here for my birthday weekend, it is a very beautiful, cute, cozy cabin with gorgeous views right out back. it was everything I had hoped for for a cabin retreat weekend. It is close to town, hiking trails and some restaurants that we tried out. ashleigh was very responsive to all messages and we even decided to stay and extra night. I must add that the main bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud lol. highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Evangeline was a wonderful host! Absolutely beautiful and homey cabin, it felt like we were visiting a friend’s home. The views and property were absolutely stunning and the hot tub, grill and fire pit were so enjoyable after a day of exploring St J. Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

Wasn’t sure what to expect because the size of the cabin at that reasonable of a price made us a little wary! But we were pleasantly surprised with everything being exactly as listed and advertised. Mary Jane and Judy made sure to give clear instructions for everything. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed. The wood stove and bathtub jacuzzi were a great bonus! The only thing that was missing an outdoor fireplace, the yard is perfect size for it! The river behind the house was beautiful as well. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

This truly is a treehouse in the woods. The setting was perfect, the home was amazing, and it’s such a great location with easy access to quaint Littleton town center. Will absolutely visit again.

First of all , spotless is not the word it is like a brand new cabin when you walk in , driveway is tough the first time because of a blind corner but one of the many emails she sends prior to checking in explains it. Cassouki explains everything from codes to things to do. If you want to get away from everything and somehow still feel like you’re at home THIS IS IT. there is good reason it’s booked solid if you haven’t booked this do it now before it’s too late.

What a great place! So perfect for a luxury escape on a budget! Saunas are amazing, bathroom is clean great showers, cozy cozy cozy interior with comfy bed and everything you need! Loved the little ethanol fireplace! Stayed so warm all night long. Also appreciated the little store because there isn't much to buy for food anywhere close by so come prepared! My friend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Our stay was 10/10. Everything matched the description perfectly and Amanda was super responsive and incredibly kind. The area is absolutely breathtaking and so relaxing!

Had another fabulous time in Jan's cozy cabin! It's a perfect escape from city life with peaceful surroundings, lovely walks and hikes nearby without ever needing to get in the car, lots to do in nearby North Conway and so so cozy and comfortable in the cabin! We love it there and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here. The space was very clean and the area was beautiful. A great spot to have a little fire outside or just relax inside. A huge clean kitchen to cook in with a cute little living room to unwind. We felt very safe and at home here. We will absolutely stay in the future. 😊

We had an amazing week at Steve's place. The cove is spectacular and it's a great place to unwind and connect with nature. We were even treated to the birth of two loonlettes during our stay! Steve is very responsive and kind. We will definitely head back again.

We had such a beautiful weekend at Deb's cabin! The cabin was so cozy and welcoming. The area was very private and serene, which makes for a perfect city getaway! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at the Kinsman Cabin. The location was amazing, the views from the back deck were wonderful, even when we experienced some rain and clouds. This was one of the best appointed AirBnbs that we have ever stayed in. There wasn't anything we needed in the kitchen that wasn't there, appreciated the shower essentials in dispensers in the bathroom and the games and books provided. Michael was a great host, reaching out with a recommendation to go to the Sugar Hill overlook on a particularly pretty day that was much appreciated. Definitely recommend a stay at this cabin and would love to do so if we return to the Franconia area.

We had an incredible time! We visited in Dec and were lucky enough to go after a snowfall. The cabin is so peaceful and has an incredible view! Dennis and Sarah were so helpful and responsive in answering any questions. We are hoping to go back to continue to explore the area!

This was a great place to stay! I was looking for a relaxing weekend and this place was perfect. The yard and back porch was great to enjoy the lake and it's very private. The inside is all updated while the outside maintains a rugged outdoor cabin in the woods setting. Great coffee station too!
