Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Miriam’s place is fantastic. The amenities are plentiful and generous, the property is beautiful, and the ambiance is relaxing and welcoming. Her animals on the property are beautiful and friendly, and oh so cute. She communicates very well and is professional and friendly as can be. I would LOVE to stay at Miriam’s place again.

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

One of my best Airbnb experiences, and I’ve had a few. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable, well-stocked and looked out over a lovely garden and a beautiful view. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Barbara and MauMau (she’s a cutie) were great host. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience for the night. Would definitely recommend to others coming to LA. Will definitely coming back for the next trip to LA.

Kristi’s place is ideally located in the North End of Manhattan Beach, only a few blocks from the Strand (which we walked daily) and nearby multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is on the left hand side of the driveway (not in the garage) in front of the staircase going up to the unit. There is space for two other cars in the drive (as there are two other units in the building). The living room is a comfortable common area and the ensuite bathrooms provide some additional privacy when traveling with others (bathrooms are rather small but quite functional). Kitchen is very modern, clean, and well-stocked. One bedroom has a wall heater and portable space heaters (found below the TV) offer additional heat sources for the second bedroom and the living room as needed. Kristi’s place was very clean and quite charming and she was extremely accessible any time we had questions. We would definitely stay again and look forward to the opportunity.

This place is absolutely stunning—far more beautiful than the photos can capture! It’s peaceful, inviting, and felt like home right away. The space was impeccably clean and smelled fresh, making it even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the Santa Monica bluffs. After a long day out, it was the perfect spot to unwind. Dawn was an incredible host, and I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Great place, area felt safe, building felt very secure, easy access to BH, host was great and would recommend. Very clean, nice building and convenient parking right by the elevator. Secure parking underground, Bevmo and Grocery store in the complex.

Honestly, one of the best places I've stayed so far on Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail and no corners cut. Amazing location, sundeck, ocean sounds. Only reason I would say don't stay here is because I don't want more competition when I book again ha!

Great location if you need to be near UCLA. Communication with host was good. Westwood has lost its vibrancy, but that's another story.

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

This place was perfect! We were attending an event nearby & it was a short walk. The views were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely book again.

Responsive and very friendly host. I met Andrew to pick up the keys in person, and he did a thorough walk-through with me efficiently. Beautiful luxurious condo with high end amenities. Quiet, spacious bedroom with solid mattress. Very clean and comfortable. Price was a bit high when I booked it, but we enjoyed our entire stay. Recommended!
