Just to note our home and the surrounding area has been completely unaffected by any of the unfortunately wildfires in the region. Please note that there are no Saturday checkouts. The house has two bedrooms plus Den and 2½ Baths. Relaxing hot tub. Beautiful Zen Bathroom with Private outdoor shower conveniently off the hot tub deck. Sleeps up to 6 people. Upper Level: Kitchen, Dining/Living area: Rock & Roll Den: Queen Day Bed Living Room: Fold out sleeper couch with select number mattress ½ bath with toilet and sink Hot tub deck: Zen bathroom with daybed and large private outdoor shower with view. Lower Level: Vintage Americana Suite: Queen Bed in main room and twin bed in attached Sun room. Private Deck. Paris Bedroom: Queen Bed Full Bath with Shower The house has a fully equipped kitchen, well-stocked pantry and a comfortable living room/dining room area with a large television, premium channels and wireless internet access. The main deck off the dining room has a gas grill with patio seating. Our hot tub deck is adjacent and fully private- just you and the view! Our Zen bathroom with outdoor shower right off the deck means you have all you need without going back into the house. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with luxury bedding. Towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Washer & Dryer on site with laundry detergent provided. Wine and Chocolate provided on arrival. Coffee & Condiments in Kitchen The house includes a comprehensive guide to entire area with our personal recommendations. The owners live 1/16 miles away and are available for suggestions and assistance with local activities and winery visits. The house is at the end of a picturesque road on Taylor Mountain, overlooking Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Bordered by 2 private ranches there are no neighbors, so it’s a tranquil rural setting. Hundreds of world-class wineries are a short drive away. Car is required. Uber and local taxi service are available Large Private Deck with Hot Tub, Outdoor shower and bathroom adjacent to deck. Only short walk to beach from the "Boathouse"

This is a fantastic place for a weekend to explore the surroundings. We came with a big family (Grandfather, 2 siblings and their S.Os, and 3 grandkids) and felt right at home. We used this place as a home base to explore the area, hiking around Jenner, wineries, the Russian River, and Bodega Bay itself. Kids loved opening up the back porch and just walking to the beach over the dunes (adults loved it as well). Hosts were responsive and polite throughout - easy and clear check in. And Jacuzzi to relax in after the hikes :). Kitchen is great - fully stocked with everything we needed (we bought fresh fish from the local fish market and cooked at home every night). Highly recommend for a family looking to get away and relax and spend a few days at a slower pace.

We had a lovely stay at Michael's place! The house was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Micheal was super responsive and so easy to communicate with. This house is in a quiet neighborhood nested between redwoods and the river, only 5 minutes drive to downtown Guernville so very convenient. We would definitely recommend to stay at this house.

We went up for Thanksgiving and had a great time. Check-in was easy, the house was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The deck and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The fireplace was nice to sit by and chill. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks as the river was very swollen from recent storms, but maybe next time. Thank you for an excellent stay.

This place is a gem. Looks even better than the pictures. Extremely peaceful and spacious. And you can walk to downtown Inverness. Saltwater Oyster Depot is not to be missed. Also, there were fresh eggs for us in the fridge - such a lovely touch! Very well-stocked kitchen for those looking to cook.

We had a very relaxing weekend here. The location is easily accessible from the Bay Area, with a smooth and straightforward drive—no winding roads. The views from the house were stunning, and the hot tub was perfectly positioned to overlook beautiful greenery, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. We even spotted a few deer close to the house, which was a lovely surprise. The only downside was that the overall value for money felt slightly lacking. There’s an extra charge for a 1 pm late checkout. That said, it was still a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! It was so quiet and peaceful and it had everything we needed for our trip. It is a quick drive to Sonoma square (<5 minutes) or an easy 20 minute walk on either side walks or walking trails. We enjoyed going downtown to eat and shop, and spent one lovely evening on the porch with a cheese plate, bottle of wine, and a book. Very clean. Great communication. Safe and as described. Perfect “home base” for your valley explorations!

The house was great! Met all of our needs for six adults and two kids. The location is perfect, we could walk to the beach and take neighborhood walks. The house is cozy and it's probably the most well equipped rental kitchen I've experienced. We had a couple of challenges when we first arrived but the hosts were able to work everything out and make us feel taken care of in the end. Definitely recommend for your stay in Bodega Bay!
