Cabin vacation rentals in Wood Creek Lake

We came for fishing, and there was a dock we could use, but the photos don't show how far down you have to walk, or how terribly steep the slope is down to the dock. If you are older and can't get up and down steep slopes, don't rent thiis one. The cabin itself was very nice and was well equipped and supplied.

the space is truly special, tucked away/deep in nature with unique water+rock formations, while still being able to access the local cities and parks. the space was quiet and perfect for a getaway for 2.

Katie was very easy to work with and very attentive to any questions or issues that came up.

Beautiful l, well stocked home. peaceful, great location. comfortable beds, great showers and a claw foot tub! Edward is a good host very responsive. check in and out very simple. we will be back!!

This cabin is just lovely and the perfect place for me and my best friend of 51 years to meet and catch up. Absolutely ALL the conveniences of home and such a beautiful, quiet location. It will require at least a 45 minute drive to attractions like the Daniel Boone National Forest or shopping but welll worth it. I highly recommend booking this cabin especially if you are looking for rest and relaxation.

Lisa was a wonderful host. From the beginning she was helpful and always responded bavk to me. The house was very accommodating to our family of 7. Lots of extras that we appreciated. The bedding was so soft. I realize there was a broom after 3 days of staying it was outside on the back porch. Also I found the washer and dryer I never remembered reading about it. Its in the bathroom off the kitchen the double doors. You have to take the closet door off the hinges to access the dryer. That is some important information. Thanks for everything Lisa.

This booking was spectacular. It was a meeting ground for 3 different families to celebrate Christmas and was PERFECT. Everyone had their own space and yet a commons area. Definitely feels like a home and furnishings that make it feel as such. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, this is it. Went on several walks during our short stay and definitely looking forward to booking in the future!

Comfortable and spacious for our party of 6! All beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. We loved the fire pit, Blackstone grill, and hot tub. Plenty of extras (coffee, spices, trash bags, detergents, etc). I love an owner that allows furbabies as we don’t leave our dog behind. We hiked some awesome trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. A great getaway!

We loved ourstay at this cozy cabin. The space was perfect for a relaxing getaway—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. So much room to spread out and all of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to eat in, including a cabinet full of spices. The hot tub was the highlight, a perfect way to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool table was also a hit, we spent most of our time in the hot tub and playing pool. The location is serene, so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

We had an amazing time being snowed in. The cabin was quaint and inviting. The weather didn’t permit us to do much, but Bobby and Victoria were very accommodating with the unexpected weather hiccups. We would definitely book again. Thank yall for having us and being great every step of the way!

Brandon was a wonderful host to work with! He was very friendly and responsive. The cabin is a lovely property and was very clean. The vibe was cozy and comfortable, and the game room is amazing! We would definitely rent this cabin again.

We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

Nice and cozy place. A little small but was good for the time we spent there. The porch was great and big driveway.

Beautiful and charming cabin and surroundings. Perfect for a couples retreat. The cabin was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Susan was very responsive and provided local resources for restaurants & hikes. We just loved cooking and relaxing in the cozy cabin.

We’ve been taking cabin trips as a group over the last year and thus far this has been our absolute favorite. Despite the weather we found warmth and comfort in Misty’s place playing games and enjoying the amenities such as the theatre. Misty was very responsive and was even willing (if needed) for us to stay an extra night due to the snow. We definitely will be back in the fall to enjoy the outdoor amenities.
