House vacation rentals in Wollongong

Our family enjoyed staying over a long weekend. The area has a very relaxed vibe and with uncrowded Jones Beach a two minute flat walk away it's the perfect location. There's so much to do - beaches, rainforest walks - we could have happily stayed longer. The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Great BBQ too. Everything was convenient and to hand. Jenna and Joel are very responsive and their thoughtfulness on our last day ended our holiday on a high note.

Scott was a great host and great communicator. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the place was great and will definitely be staying again in the future.

The place was well set up for our 2 families with kids. We loved the relaxing surroundings and the pool. The beach we went to was less that 15 mins away and perfect for kids. I would recommend taking a car with a high clearance, the driveway is an adventure.

An oasis of peace abc tranquility…that’s the perfect description for Wollemi House. Monika is a very gracious and kind host. She was very proactive and left us lots of goodies to eat and drink, we are forever thankful Monika. The weather was disastrous and we couldn’t venture out into the backyard nor could we use the pool..but that’s nature, what can we say!!! Except that we are going to come again to experience more of the backyard and the pool. Our rather large family agree that this can’t be just a one time trip!! So expect us there soon. Heartfelt thanks to Monika and Peter for allowing us to experience the peace at Wollemi House.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were a family group of grandparents, parents and grandchildren aged 3, 16 months and 3 months. The house was spacious with a huge downstairs living area and safe, fenced outdoor area. The location was amazing with the beautiful beach only a few minutes walk away.

Very helpful & accommodating. Thank you Hilde for the little things you did for us to accommodate our family holiday. A travel cot, change table and high chair for our 11 month old saved car space for our two little dogs to bring along. Very peaceful in a great location with loads in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Perfect location! So close to beach and the pool was amazing to have during the great summer days we got. Spent 2 weeks over Xmas and new years and was so peaceful and perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to shops as well so really was a wonderful getaway. Everything in the house was as described and nothing extra was needed. Communication and checkin process was smooth and so easy. Would definitely recommend!

The place was in a beautiful location with great views and good distance from shops and restaurants etc. Loved all the welcoming touches Caci provided, we would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The house was just as lovely as the photos, while also being very comfortable and inviting. The outdoor spaces were great. Kitchen facilities were amazing! We cooked multiple times and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need - and also had an amazing espresso coffee machine! Location was quiet, walkable to the beach and into the main shops. Highly recommend, would love to come back again in future!

Stunning location, great for a large family getaway. Very relaxing but decor was a little outdated. Renovating kitchen at time, a reduced price considering this was occurring would have been very much appreciated.

We had a really relaxing and enjoyable once per year extended family holiday at John’s place this year despite the bad weather during the 3 nights 4 days stay. The bad weather did not affect us at all as it’s been totally compensated by the beautiful stay! The two houses set up was perfect for our family as the back quiet 2bedrooms small house suits perfectly for our 80 yr old mother, for her to have restful quiet time away from her rowdy grandchildren. John’s place has a beautiful spacious outdoor area between the two houses where it’s perfect for whole year round weather conditions. The fire place would be so beautiful for outdoor Winter nights. We had a great time fishing a few times nearby and enjoyed so much at the neighborhood lawn bowling and a beautiful walk to the beautiful lookout! We really appreciate John and Leigh’s prompt responses with our queries and their graciousness for enabling our big extended family and our dogs to have a great memorable holiday together

While we didn't get to meet Denise in person, we were able to have good communication whenever we felt that we needed it. Denise "walked" us through Nanas House not long after we had arrived, and it felt like she was right there with us. The house is spacious and well set out. Plenty of games for children and adults (toys also for children). Denise left gifts out for us - which was appreciated. We had fun feeding the alpacas - just be aware that they might sneeze on you. We watched the antics of the rabbits as they ran around the acreage. The nights were quiet and the bed was comfortable. We don't think that there was anything missing that we needed while staying our week. Thanks Denise!

I stayed here for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved it! It’s the perfect space for 4 people and we loved how clean the house was. It is so close to many amazing places like culburra beach and the bowling club, as well as a coffee shop right down the road. 10/10!

If you’re looking for a relaxing and cozy place to unwind and refresh, this is the house for you. Very nice setting with loads of space to chill. The two seperate indoor living areas, back patio and the huge verandah are great for spreading out or simply to have a change of scenery. There is heaps of space outside for kids to play and explore. Great for a large family or a group of friends looking for a fun palace to hang out for a few days. Also, very close to the Moss Vale shops and cafes.

Loads of space, we were a group of 4 but even 8 or more there was so many different seating areas you wouldn’t feel on top of each other

this was our 2nd year in a row staying at Kate & Ben's. We love the proximity to beaches & jamberoon, having a pool for evenings and a huge amount of space for the kids to have their own downtime.

Stunning was the first word that came to mind when we arrived. The view and location are simply stunning. The photos really don't do this place justice. Open up all the doors and windows and you have a beautiful sea breeze which spreads through the house. Sunrise in the morning is beautiful and if you are there at the right time, a full moon rise is breathtaking. The dog friendly beach is a lovely place to swim and walk with your doggo, there are lots of friendly people and dogs so your furry friend can play. The fenced off yard was enjoyed by our dog Bear and he spent plenty of time relaxing on the deck. We were greeted by 2 local Black Cockatoos who came to eat from the trees in the back yard. The kitchen is one of the highlights as it has a great view and is well equipped for cooking meals. We bought our groceries from the local Woolies and once we were set-up, there was no need to go out for breakfast or dinner. We are looking forward to visit again and will stay longer.

We initially faced a few issues when we moved into this accommodation, but Robbie promptly addressed and resolved them with remarkable professionalism and helpfulness. His exceptional service makes this place highly recommendable, and I would confidently give it a five-star rating.

We absolutely loved our stay! The perfect place for our family with young kids and a dog. The location is amazing - literally had to walk across the road to go swimming. Close to shops and other activities and the walking/riding path is great. The house has everything we needed and was super spacious and comfy. Metinee is lovely and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better summer holiday 😁

Our stay was extremely nice, Matthew was very easy to communicate with when needing to ask a question and we were all very satisfied with our stay!! The place was in a great location and was only a couple minutes away from the beaches and main shops, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kiama!!

This is one of the finest water front getaways in Sydney. Fantastic for a romantic escape or a family holiday. The home is modern luxury right on the waters edge with panoramic views of the Georges River and beyond It’s got super comfortable beds, a big bath tub, a massive TV and a heated deck where you can enjoy a meal or a drink. Steve is a terrific host; and will greet you at the property and give you tips on attractions and fine dining options in and around town. One of the best luxury and unique rental holiday homes in Australasia. 10/10 🙏

The kids and I had a quick getaway of 2 nights but can home feeling like we have been away relaxing for days. This house is just so wonderful and perfect for the kids with pool, darts and table tennis 🏓 so it meant less time in screens. It’s right on the beach and it’s a lovely gentle walk to the shipping container cafe down beside the SLSC renovations- they make a fantastic coffee and smashed avo toast. So much to do or not do in this area. We had dinner in Kiama which is only a short drive away. Will definitely come back. Vicky is an excellent host and so accommodating and kind.
