Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wolf Trap

This property was perfect for a weekend away in Harper’s Ferry. It is walking distance to many trails and the shuttle down to Historic Harper’s Ferry. The kitchen includes all the cooking items you need to prep meals at the house for large groups. It was fun to be in a historic home that can still accommodate a large group. Definitely recommend!

Joseph’s place was great, we had a wonderful stay. The home & linens were clean, plenty provided for the stay. (I wish had hot tub towels that were larger). Kitchen provided new very well kept appliances, and had the essentials but could do with more baking pan options for cookies or pizza, also a pizza cutter. The kitchen had lots of space, coffee pods were provided along with paper towels, soap & garbage bags. The hot tub was amazing and very well kept, larger than expected. The yard was fully fenced gated & perfect for my larger dog, but I would not recommend for a small dog (under 20lbs) as spots under the fence/gate smaller dogs could get out if not watching close. Getting to the house with directions was helpful but I arrived after dark & missed the driveway a few times. It had a white cross at the bottom but could have used a light. The bunk bed room is for young kids, beds are smaller than twin size. Sound carry in house due flooring between floors. Overall 100% would go back!

Beautiful, spacious home, kitchen, and bedrooms. Luxurious, updated bathrooms. Felt right at home! Enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Close to everything in the D.C. area. Tyler provided a lot of helpful information and was a great host. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to return again!

Overall a great stay. Home was very spacious with a lot of amenities. Easy to get to stores, highways and around the area. Lots of room in the driveway. Having a fenced back yard was a real treat for our dog. Loved having coffee in the enclosed porch in the morning. Lots of plates, cups and utensils. Jake was super to work with and would give 10 stars as a host. Easy to follow instructions to get in and access WiFi. Know before you go, kids bedroom doesn’t have a door so if you need privacy, you may want to hang a blanket. Main room doesn’t have access to a closet or dresser but both of the other rooms have California closets. These are just things to note; did not have any adverse effect on the enjoyment of the home. We loved it here!

Literally only need your toiletries. House has everything else. Driveway parking. Nice location. Responsive and friendly host.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect set up for my friends and colleagues to be able to relax, work, eat, and enjoy the area around us. The location is great for being able to walk to/from the water. Jackie was very responsive and helpful!

We booked Baljinder's place as we had a wedding and we used this place for Bride's family to stay and get ready. Baljinder went above and beyond to provide us with the needful information/amenties.

We had a wonderful time at Victor and Celia’s cabin. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into the interior design and furnishings. We especially liked curling up by the fire in the evening. Would love to come back!

Had such a great stay. The place was easy to find. Had clear check-in instructions. Everything was very neat and clean. The place is very comfortable. Very smartly laid out, which makes the place seem very spacious. The location is great and everything is easy to get to. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. I would recommend this place in an instant.

Gillian & Boe are great hosts. They greeted us when we arrived, were very welcoming and showed us around the place. They have created a beautiful oasis in the middle of their neighborhood. The outdoor space is replete with a dining table, fireplace, water fountain and plantings. We will have to come back in warm weather to enjoy it. The indoor space had everything necessary to cook and bake. I even made a pie for our Thanksgiving dinner. The bed was very comfortable,shower was teeny but adequate. Watching TV wasgreat on the oversized sectional and having a gas fireplace made the place so cozy. Great location ; near the metro, restaurants, coffee. We had a lovely stay during Thanksgiving week!

Rommier than I expected! Very comfortable bed. John and his cohost Reina were very helpful. Easy walk up to H Street, which has the DC Streetcar. Kitchen is very well equipped.

A very comfortable space (even for 3 adult colleagues), well-equipped with a kitchen and laundry, in a lovely neighborhood. Hudson was a welcoming host, a responsive communicator, and respectful of our privacy. Enjoyed our stay!

This stay had a charming cottage feel. The neighborhood is really nice with a park for kids nearby. Everything was clean and the fold out bed was prepped for us in advance. The main bed was very comfy and the fold out bed was typical of a fold out bed and fine for little kids. we would stay here again.

Adam is an amazing host with great place. Very nice territory with a pond and a lawn. The rental place was very clean which is hard to come by lately. Kudos to him. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Rob was an amazing host—he gave us a great tour of the house, provided metro and bus passes, and even let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The apartment is spacious, clean, and located in a very safe area, so we felt comfortable coming back late at night. It also has excellent bus connectivity to DC, making it super convenient for sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

What a great place for a stay in DC. So convenient. We walked to the capital. Great little coffee breakfast place around the corner. No problem for Uber drivers. Comfortable bed. Very quiet place. No problems at all.

Amazing water views from the main house and tiny house. The house was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed having a grill and an Ooni oven for pizza night! Melanie was responsive and helpful.

Very clean, very nice towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Close to fun places. Very nice hot tub! Very nice projector setup and Apple TV. Pictures did not show how close other houses are, however there is a nice privacy wall by the hot tub. The big glass windows face other homes and could benefit from some privacy curtains.

Ted's place is a cabin tucked deep in the woods within a major metropolitan area. It is extremely private - rustic, charming, and well-appointed. It is also an excellent value for any couple planning an extended stay in the Baltimore-DC metroplex. Ted and Amber are exceptional hosts and they obviously take a great deal of pride in maintaining their property. If it hadn't been so rainy during our stay, we would have taken full advantage of the outdoor camping-type amenities that the property afforded - but Ted had no control over that! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and cozy stay in stunning setting - great if you want to go camping with a bit more comfort. The train was quite loud so good to be aware of that, but we had anticipated it so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Hope to come back next year!

Our family was very happy to feel at home in a beautiful mountain retreat very close to where we grew up. There are as many wonderful & different things to do close by; enough activity to last a lifetime 🤩

Our stay at Ashley's place was super! Beautiful surrounding and quiet, the farmhouse was comfortable and enough to sleep 2 couples and 2 adults (dorm-style in the "kids' camp room"). Would be FUN for 2 families with small kids. Kitchen, laundry, extras were well-equipped. Lovely area of parks and vineyards with tasting rooms and warm, sunny restaurants. We had a great family reunion! Would definitely recommend for a getaway from the DC area.

Cabin was charming and matched the description. Local recommendations were very helpful. Location was private but accessible to restaurants and activities. We had 3 deer visit near the cabin each day. We highly recommend Lights on the Lake if you visit in December. Robert was a great communicator and we would definitely stay again.

The house is very comfortable, and all the activities are great. Loved the movie room in particular. Denny is everything you’d want in a host - thoughtful, kind, and very responsive & attentive. Highly recommend!
