Although this newly-renovated mid-century home feels eons away from the real world -- as it is perched atop a beautiful mountain with breathtaking sunset views -- it is only about 4 mi/15 minutes away from Downtown Asheville! New mattresses plus quality furniture and fireplace fill the space, and we have fully-stocked the kitchen. The best feature is the deck. We can host up to 8 guests, with 3 beds/bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa; 2 full baths. We have 2 family rooms — one upstairs and one down.

Your privacy without neighbors on either side of you makes this the perfect getaway for family and friends. Directly across from Chimney Rock, you will see the beautiful sunsets, be minutes away from equestrian events, and only a short drive to the beach on Lake Lure. Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .
