You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Perfect for a couple that want to retreat to renew and reset. Bathroom has an accujet shower in a steam capsule. Outdoor shower and bath tub in our healing garden. Swimming pool (in season) with a sun deck. Meditation garden and weeping willow will relax and rejuvenate your spirit. Wintertime a sauna is available after we close the pool. Windows and some of the furnishings were last in Katherine Hepburns home. Imagine the stories.

Dear Shubert and Samantha, I wanted to express how much I enjoyed my stay in your studio. The space is beautifully decorated and the amenities were fantastic. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked bathroom and the thoughtful touches like the coffee, tea, and half-and-half in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the views were wonderful – I was even lucky enough to experience a snowfall during my stay! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, which made it easy to explore downtown and attend the Goodspeed Festival of New Musicals. Your instructions for accessing the studio were clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the offer of a garage space, although I didn't need it this time. A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

Kellen and Samantha's home and property are very special--a wonderful location for a restful retreat in nature that is also a short drive to several charming towns in northwest Connecticut. The hilltop site offers breathtaking views of surrounding mountains, valleys, and forest. The residence sits atop a long driveway off a gravel road so is serenely quiet and private. Inside, the space was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortably furnished. The shower, bed, towels, and linens were all particularly fantastic, as was the full kitchen which allowed us to cook nightly. The area is exceptional for hiking, culinary delights, and all sorts of shops. And our hosts were proactive, helpful, and clear in all of their communications. We really loved staying here, as did our dog, and we hope to return. Highly recommended!

My wife and I rented the house over the weekend with some friends for a little weekend get away. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. The home was beautiful and cozy. Right on the water. They even had real plants and flowers through out the house to really make you feel cared for.
