Excellent little cabin very cute little quiet neighborhood! Everything had clear instructions for use and a little notebook for activities. Loved the hot tub in the cold weather. Very glad that I followed Verlas instructions to get to the cabin. Google definitely wanted to route me down crackerjack road. Verla was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, private little cottage perfect for a girls’ weekend. Robin was so helpful, provided lovely recommendations, and left us a sweet welcome basket. We enjoyed seeing the peacocks and exploring the beautiful area.

Beautiful spacious comfortable cabin with amazing views, comfortable beds and furniture. Cool game and family room, large open living room with lovely view of the mountains.

The cabin was gorgeous and such a nice retreat for my family. It rained and snowed while we were there and the games for the boys kept them busy the entire time. I’d definitely come back and stay there again.

Nice big house for our crew with beautiful views! my favorite part was sitting on the back porch in a rocking chair with a hot pad on my neck watching my grandkids make snowmen and snow angels and watching the ducks swim on the pond! The hosts were very accommodating with great communication. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an incredible property! Unbeatable views of the red rocks, beautifully maintained home and so close to everything you could need while still feeling so private. The hosts were accommodating and prompt with communication, which was highly appreciated. I’ll be staying here next time I’m in Sedona!

The cabin was great and the host was very nice! There was enough space for 10 people to rest their heads, and as we wanted to cook we had everything needed. With plenty of towels for bathrooms and a great view. Sadly The drive way was fully snowed in so we had to shovel it ourselves when we arrive. It took about four people. It was a lot of snow. We were told by neighbors that that’s usually done before guests arrive. we had a great weekend. Sadly we had to cut it short because of someone that was our friends friend. This person unfortunately had a mental health breakdown leading to us having to cut the trip short. Next time me and my wife will definitely have to keep the group smaller. This was our first Airbnb with a group and did not anticipate any issues, but will be more careful with who we bring next time. But other than that I was an absolutely beautiful Airbnb and location! Feel so bad we had to cut our stay short 😕

Amy Jo was very responsive and friendly. Her property was located less than 10 minutes from Sedona and has several coffee shops and a grocery strike within a minute or two from the property. The property was beautiful, quiet and well maintained. The Christmas Tree for the holidays was a nice touch that made it feel like home. The Master Bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The electric car charger was a plus as that was the type of vehicle that the rental agency provided us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
