Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Winona County

Had a great stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the local donut place, a park, and a sandwich shop. And then other destinations were an easy drive away. The place was very clean, functional, and the furniture was super comfy! We had everything we needed.

Ben was very friendly and sent recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the area. Check in was easy. His place was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The place was very nice and clean. The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, baking items, and kitchen ware. Good supply of clean towels. Nice big back yard for hanging out and fenced in if bringing a pet. I absolutely fell in love with their deck. Definitely would be nice to use in the summer. Overall, I would recommend booking this place.

Quaint home along the Mississippi River that is well-stocked and the perfect place for a cozy fall gathering (especially with the pellet stove running). Instructions were clear and helpful, Andrew was quick to respond and is a great host! The loft area could be difficult for older guests or small children to access, but fun for kids of the right age.

Brad is so nice and easy to work with. His place is lovely. Loved the location. The sound of the train's going by and the view of the water was so relaxing. One of our girls we get together with passed away within the last year. This was our first gathering to celebrate her life. She would've loved it. 💖

My family and I had an amazing time at Carol’s Cottage. Samantha was a great host and the home was exactly what we needed. A short drive through the woods opens up to the beautiful cottage surrounded by a sprawling yard with everything you need for family fun! We were in town for homecoming weekend at WSU and escaping into the woods each night was our favorite part of the weekend. For the price of a hotel room (at least during the weekend that we were there) we were able to sprawl out and feel at home. Samantha’s properties will definitely be the first places we check when planning future visits!

Cozy and comfortable space. Beautiful surroundings giving the sense of a "getaway", yet close to amenities if wanted/needed. The host Jane was a pleasure to deal with: she was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this airbnb property!

Nice place to stay.

This space was perfect for our big group. Plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements for everyone with tons of extra towels, pillows, and bedding. The location is a quiet and private spot along the river with beautiful views. We liked that it was within walking distance from downtown Winona and loved hanging out around a fire at the end of the day. Julie went above and beyond as a host, was easy to communicate with, and flexible with our checkout time so we could spend more time enjoying each other’s company in her great space!

We loved our stay in Dresbach! Jane’s place was so easily accessible from both La Crosse and La Crescent. The place is small, but it was a great place to land at the end of our busy days. And Jane was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we know where we’ll be staying :)

Mrs.Jane was so extremely friendly and communicative. She gives off nice motherly vibes! Made me feel comfortable! The place was absolutely perfect for my stay! It was a very quiet and peaceful property all around. Super sweet family owned and the dog pistol just tops it off all together ! Would absolutely book here again no questions asked!
