We loved our stay! Our grandkids had a great time and the house was perfect for everyone! Teresa did a great job seeing that everything we could need was available in the house and lots of fun stuff to do outside and on the lake. We will definitely want to come back again.

Kinda booked this last minute due to a work trip and the owner was super friendly and responsive! The place was super clean and so cozy with plenty of space to have multiple people and have enough space to feel like everyone has their own but also places to have group hang outs! In short this was a great experience and I would highly recommend if you are going to stay in the Electra area!!

We could not have selected a more ideal location to stay during our visit to Wichita Falls. We required a place where we could unwind and spend quality time with our son, who is attending technical school at Sheppard Air Force base. The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and exceeded our expectations. The hosts provided valuable suggestions on local attractions. We will certainly return.

Absolutely perfect Texan retreat! The location was great, the house was spotless, and the views of the lake were breathtaking, especially watching the sunrise in the morning. The host was incredibly accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed staying at the Carriage House. The furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was out of season so we didn’t get to enjoy it this time. There were some amenities that could be improved (e.g., bring your own shampoo/conditioner) but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.

We had an Amazing time!! So much fun that my son said when he is an adult he wants to buy the house and live there someday!! The host was above and beyond wonderful and even baked us some delicious chocolate chip cookies and charcuterie board!! Thank you so much!!
