Cottage vacation rentals in Wimmera

Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay, great location is only a few minutes drive to the Pomonal General store and the five ducks farm(great ice cream and preserves , oils and goodies). Very quiet place, full of kangaroos and an awesome place to kick back and get away from it all whisky being a quick and easy drive into all that central halls gap has to offer. Would stay again. Hosts sent very clear emails and check in instructions. The double spa bath was fantastic and we enjoyed it every night.

Neil went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for the stay. The house is a lovely cabin only a quick trot away from town, surrounded by incredible bushland. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

great stay at the blue wren! Joanne was so easy to communicate with and responsive. Great location, walking distance to halls gap. The place was so cosy, the spa bath made the whole stay and was perfect to indulge in and relax after lots of hiking around the grampians! would happily stay again 😁

Comfortable and spacious accomodation with all the necessary facilities to make for an enjoyable stay. Within striking distance of the village and its many amenities, the cottage is a dream place to stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Adorable cottage with great charm. Has everything you need and close to Halls Gap if heading to the Grampians.

Our second time back, such a lovely host and a cute space. Once we had the heaters on and the fire going we were really comfortable. The gardens are lovely to walk through and the pub (The Springs Hotel) down the road is very much worth a visit.

Cute, clean, full of character cottage on a farm. Denise and Robert were delightful and great to chat to. Proper old school country hospitality. Extremely welcoming. Variety of animals to say hello to. Amazing little stop over that also welcomed our two dogs. If you're looking to break your drive with some peace and quiet of the Australian bush don't drive past here.

Awesome stay.we stay away alot for work.house was warm and full of character. Beds are really easy to snooze the alarm clock in.

The accommodation was excellent. Peter has worked hard on the details. The property was very clean. It was 36 degrees C when we arrived and he had already made the house cool and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom is large with a luxurious shower and hot tub after a day’s hike. I’ll definitely return and recommend to others.

This was the second time I had stayed here with family from Ireland. Perfect location for getting the Australian experience with the beautiful countryside and plenty of kangaroos in the garden. Comfortable cottage with great bbq area and location is close to all the main walks.

Super charming and uniquely built home. We watched kangaroos and emus graze up to our porch every evening. Amazing. Corinne was such a warm and welcoming host!

We really appreciated staying at one of Greg's cottages over the long weekend. The place was immaculate, had character, and was situated at a great location. We also look forward to making this a repeat visit next year. Greg was a great host and was very welcoming.

We had such a comfortable stay at Duncan's place. The beds were soft and the home was very peaceful. It had all the amenities you would expect. The local store, which was a few minutes drive away, had lots of useful bits & pieces. We appreciated the great range of kids books and Lego. Our 4 year old didn't want to leave!

We had a fantastic time! The wildlife was so tame and beautiful it was incredible waking up to such lovely surrounds. The cottage was quite secluded yet still close to the strip of shops and hiking trails, no more than a 5 minute walk for each! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
