Very pleasant stay in Caumont with friends. The layout of the house is ideal for a WE 2 families. Everyone can have a part of the house. Valerie is an available & very friendly host. We would recommend.

Franck is a great host. All the preparation for our stay was easy thanks to the good description of the accommodation and all the explanations provided by Franck. We had a great time in a super well-equipped and very well made accommodation. Franck is super responsive to our requests.

Adorable little cottage 15min from the sea. Its location at the edge of a pavement and close to the highway did not influence the very cozy and quiet atmosphere, no disturbances, the house is downstairs in a nice little enclosure. Clean, functional and uncluttered, we had a very pleasant stay despite rainy weather. We'll be happy to go back for another weekend. Thank you to Melanie for her warm welcome.

We had a great time at Christmas place. The accommodation was very nice, equipped and warm. We were able to take beautiful walks around with our dog and at night, in clear weather, we were able to admire the stars because there are no parasitic lights in the hamlet. We would highly recommend this listing.

We were greeted very nicely upon our arrival, everything was shown and explained to us at the time of reference. The apartment was very clean and also very quiet. We didn't miss anything there! Due to the good location, we were able to make many excursions from there. The old town is very pretty, the Notre Dame and the museum interesting and the two imposing caps are located on a beautiful coastline with great nature not far away. In the evening we came back and made ourselves comfortable in the apartment. We had such a wonderful week that we were allowed to spend there in Lucinda's apartment. We'll be very happy to come again! Thank you for everything!

The apartment matches the photos, the views are stunning. The bedding is quality, the hot tub is perfectly functional. Everything was clean and functional. Small welcome tray that is always nice. In short, an experience without a false note.

We had a great stay here, the room was very nice and well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful family holiday with the kids.

Very nice villa. Very well cleaned and considering details. There was a nice bottle of wine ready for ins. There was coffee. Everything's nice and clean. Beautiful surroundings. Nautica is recommended. Communication with Cristina went smoothly and well.

We spent the Christmas week at Arnaud's place, as a family with our children (2 couples) and 2 small children. The villa is well arranged so that everyone has their own living space, well equipped including for small ones who have dedicated dishes, very comfortable (sofas, armchairs, bedding). Beautiful decor that gives a cozy side. It felt good there. The neighborhood is quiet, nature conducive to walking, while being close to the center and the beach. Thanks to Arnaud, very accommodating (flexible with check-in and check-out times), responsive, attentive to his tenants to make the stay more pleasant. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much and had a great time. Christine

Great location for a number of activities (walking, sailing etc), peaceful road and property, large garden, spacious living area. Host was clear and communicated well throughout.

It was a perfect peaceful getaway for a family of 4 with the children aged 3.5 and just turned 2. The house has everything you need inside and climbing frame and trampoline outside perfect for wearing the children out. Aurlien was kind enough to set up fishing rods for us to go fishing and catching one is a great memory from our stay. The village is very peaceful and everyone we met friendly, there are busier towns within a 10 minute drive and the coast 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend a stay, (the children also slept amazingly due to the black out shutters on every window).

We would definitely recommend Arnaud’s place to anyone. It is our second visit and hopefully not our last. Everything is so comfortable and feels very homely. The location is excellent and is within a 5 minute walk of the shops and restaurants. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!!
