Very comfortable for us

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

great place to stay for a weekend trip to Philly, especially nice having a bathroom attached to each of the bedrooms when traveling with a group of 6. in walking distance to Philly convention center and reading terminal market.

This apartment was perfect for my elderly parent who struggles with mobility issues. The whole apartment had wide open spaces and was clutter-free so she could move freely without many obstacles. We use a mobility van with a ramp and stayed in the upper apartment. Parking was a little tricky but we managed. Parking on the lower level appears to be better suited for us so we will try to rent the lower level next time. Dennis was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our time there.

Absolutely loved this Compass Victorian home. Felt so clean and like home. Mim was a fantastic host, did not go through the week with anything needed.

Spent 3 days in this lovely 2 bedroom home. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything to make the stay enjoyable. Fresh clean towels and linens and very comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen was spotless and all appliances in great working order. We will stay again for sure when in this area.

Bill and Sandi are SUPERHOSTS!!! I was alone on Xmas Eve, and Bill invited me downstairs to play a game of pool. I really enjoyed the hot tub, the cat, and the view of the horses across the way. This is a beautiful space filled with the spirit of love and hospitality.

Everything about our stay was great down to the minor details. we arrived a little earlier than our check in time but Diane didn’t hesitate to welcome us in. our trip was only a couple days to visit my dad in my hometown of media, so I wish it could’ve been a bit longer but none the less a great trip. The jacuzzi was an awesome amenity to enjoy especially with the couple inches of snow they got right before we arrived. The bed was super comfortable and kcups were stocked and ready for morning coffee on the porch. if you’re a TV person the projector is nice touch too and she’s got clear cut directions on where everything is located and how to work things in the house. I’d recommend this spot any day!

The house looks absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Enough beds for the kids and our infant son. Both bathrooms came in handy considering there was so many of us. Airbnb never sent the check in details so we had a small set back checking in but Ben was very responsive, helpful and understanding. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with to keep them preoccupied. I had asked if they knew any fun places we could take the kids and Ben mentioned the “Please Touch” museum which we did take the kids to and they had a blast! Thank you again Ben for allowing us into your home. Hope to come back with the kids again soon!

The short stay was nice, the location wasn’t right in Center City nor was it in a bad area. No one will bother you and we felt safe as there’s two lock pads to go through. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms and kitchen area. A great place to stay for a nice little getaway.

I would stay here again if I need to be in the area. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance as the mall is a few blocks away. Great area for walking in the morning/evening. The apartment is spotless and other than food, there is no reason to venture out for necessities as it is fully equipped. I even found several bottles of water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, coffee and sugar and a few detergent pods for the washer.

I enjoyed my night here. The parking wasn’t bad at all. The neighborhood is quiet and seems like everyone minds their business. Which I like a lot. Check in was easy. Once I got to my studio everything looked the way it does in the pictures. Cleanliness of the room was excellent. The jacuzzi was amazing + everything works. Never ending hot water. Oh and can we talk about the huge amount of space in the closet!?!! I appreciate that. I will definitely stay here again. Alina and Fanny are super quick when it comes to responding. All instructions were very clear too. I was impressed from beginning to end.

This place is huge! Me and a classmate stayed here for 16 months while we attended grad school. It has plenty of space for both of us to study and not trip over each other. The location is great in terms of restaurants with dozens of options down 2nd Street and Market Street. The 2nd street septa line is only a 3 - 4 minute walk. There are several parking garages nearby, however you will find that parking is expensive in old city and center city. The apartment is relatively quiet at night on Sunday-Wednesday nights. Thursday night is slightly louder and then Friday and Saturday nights are loud especially in the summer. Personally, the only downsides of this apartment are that it is four flights up stars to it which was difficult for me when I moved in, but got progressively easier the longer I stayed there, and the strawberry ally can get pretty junkie with trash (however, I never felt threatened walking down the ally at anytime of night). Oh, and Eli is a great guy!

Chris was great the house is nice chill for guests and close to everything in Philadelphia that's fun to do or good to eat. Chill neighborhood. Very south Philadelphia.
