Vacation rentals with a patio in Willoughby

Great place to stay close to family, a bit disappointed to find when I checked in bed wasn’t made, made contact and had to leave whilst housekeeping had to return to make the bed unsure on why it wasn’t made prior to checking in. On regular occasions the alarm kept going off during the night which was rather annoying and loud, unsure on why this was happening, happened quite a few times during my stay 🤔

We loved our stay at Helen’s! Firstly she was kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier than planned and gave us directions on transport to Avalon. The 199 bus has access to the city and up to palm beach. The apartment is right across from the bus stop and all the local cafes, restaurants and Woolies. A quick 2 min walk to the beac, it is the perfect location. The apartment is spotless and you can a lot of thought has gone into all the amenities. As mentioned in other reviews, being no air con. It was a hot few days there and we did find it a little hot especially at night. My tip is to open all windows and doors in the arvo to let the ocean cool breeze in and keep the blinds down all day. There are fans but depends on your tolerance to the heat. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back again one day.

Thanks for being a great host. Our stay at this place has been super comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay during your trip. We really loved the layout of the property, it’s amazing balcony and its close proximity to the public transport. Hope to return again!!

Great location, loved the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Parking was a challenge on some days, but just had to circle around the neighborhood a few times to find something - probably due to the end of year holidays. Super quiet neighborhood, very relaxing.

Had a great final few days of my trip to Sydney here, perfect central location at Hyde Park for exploring and connecting to what the city has to offer. The host had great fast communication and the apartment was modern, clean with great facilities. would highly recommend staying here! thanks!

Our stay at this beautiful spacious house in Sydney was unforgettable! The location couldn’t have been better – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is modern, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Alicia was incredibly friendly and helpful, very early check-in was possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Sydney getaway and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Picked this place in the northern suburbs of Sydney for its proximity to the city and the variety of transport options. It is a quite suburb and lovely to change your walks to the various transport options so as to view the great houses, churches and school buildings in the area. The house was spacious with different sitting areas. The roof top area was a great place for a cuppa morning or evening.

Mery’s property was wonderful. It was new, neat and clean. The rooms were open and airy. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the presentation of this property. Mery was great to deal with and very responsive. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the station with a 30 minute train ride into the city. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans were great during the evening. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of ammenities. Thank you Mery for the tea, coffee, milk and treats in the fridge. Really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

Helgas place was simply phenomenal, and Helga herself was so nice and helpful. The space is nestled right in the nature, just a moment from the waters of pearl beach. The place was clean, comfortable and we felt right at home here. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We had a perfect holiday here and are so grateful to the host for providing such a beautifully designed and renovated house in such a serene location. Everything is so new, and there’s even an electric skylight. In the mornings, we saw large parrots and kookaburras right outside the window. The location is also incredibly convenient for traveling to Sydney. I took my daughter to visit many famous attractions. Absolutely perfect memories!

Close to the beach and quiet peaceful location. Balcony has a nice view to the sea. The place is clean and tidy too. Driving up the property though is a bit tricky. The public road is a little narrow and turning the car around would prove tricky to inexperienced driver.

Quiet, comfortable and pleasant. A great place to take the family. Big home, great pool, beautiful beach and ocean bath, excellent cafe and food at golf club. I highly recommend for families.

Great experience from start to finish. Narelle kept in touch from the start. The space is clean and the perfect size. The location can’t be beat as it’s a 5 minute walk to Paddington and great shopping and restaurants.

The station was only a 10-minute walk away, so getting there wasn’t inconvenient. The host was always quick to respond and very kind, even accommodating some requests that might have been a bit difficult. The room was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of towels provided. Everything I needed was available. The only downside was that the showerhead was missing, and the water pressure was a bit weak, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend it to others!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very well stocked. The location is amazing within a very walkable neighbourhood. Super comfy bed. We loved the balcony too. Malcolm was friendly, informative & provided some groceries. He answered any questions quickly. We will definitely stay there again

We had an amazing stay. It had all the amenities as described. Sophia was very accommodating with our check-in check-out needs. Smaller place then we’re used to coming from the States, but just perfect for the time we spent there. Would definitely recommend!!

Best AirBnb we’ve stayed at. Super cool, charming, comfortable, easy, great layout, fully equipped with everything required. Bondi beach chic. Fab location, quiet yet easy walk to beach, cafes, shops, amenities, etc. Easy connections to city, airport and beyond. We had the best time, relaxed completely, left feeling super refreshed. Claudia was amazing, super responsive, friendly, flexible, clear comms. Thank you 🙏🏽 We will stay again next time we’re visiting Sydney, highly recommend.

Having public transport on the doorstep does have drawbacks, however we knew about the noise from the trams and the positives outweighed the negatives.

We had a fantastic stay downtown Sydney. Everything is in walking distance and there is so much to do. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the crib and highchair. The pool has a fantastic view of downtown. Highly recommend if you are going sightseeing in Sydney.
