We loved staying here for a weekend with some friends! Peaceful, scenic backyard and the master bed was so comfy. We went to the neighborhood pool and it was amazing. Brittany was super responsive to all our questions as well, thank you!!

Perfect for our purpose! Clean and convient and so quiet! The bed was comfortable and kitchen was exactly what we needed for our stay.

This is a great spot if you're looking to be within close proximity to the Austin metro area but still experience that Hill Country beauty. The log cabin feel is great during the winter.

The pipes ended up freezing but it was fixed so quickly we didn’t even notice. She was very quick to respond and was a great host! Would highly recommend staying!

Dog friendly place. Even had a towel for the dogs which was needed as it rained. Nice walking trails with doggie waste stations along the way. Cabin was very comfortable and the RV park was well secured and very well kept. Lovely property!

Neil was an excellent, responsive host! The house is clean and well maintained and has a BEAUTIFUL view, and is close to many wonderful hikes, good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay, Maria Camila was always very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. Loved the goats and watching the chickens and ducks in the morning. Will definitely return!

We had an amazing holiday stay at this cottage on a beautiful ranch in rural Texas! It was incredibly cozy, private, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home base for our family during Thanksgiving. The ranch itself was stunning—peaceful, with gorgeous views and plenty of space to relax and explore. The short walk to the river is a must while you stay also!!! The location was ideal! We loved the proximity to a charming little town where we found great local shops and restaurants. Plus, being just a 40-minute drive from Austin meant we could enjoy the best of both worlds—quiet, scenic country life and all the excitement of the city. Sheron was an amazing host and so helpful during our stay, making us feel right at home! This rental exceeded our expectations, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene yet convenient holiday retreat!

The host family were incredibly supportive and helpful for anything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed and just at home. Everything the pictures showed was how it was. It was an amazing experience.

The cabin is exactly as described and what we were looking for. It is very quiet and very clean. Vivian and Mike have been communicating very clearly and quickly. Now we need 2 years worth of rain for the water level in the lake to get back and make the place even nicer!

This is such a beautiful area. My favorite memory is walking our dog as the sun rose over the field across the quiet country road. If I hadn’t driven in I would never believe we were just minutes from all the conveniences of town.

Great cozy get away from the city Especially wanted to get away from the endless fireworks in my neighborhood. This was a great place for my wife and I our 2 small kids and dog to relax. The kids enjoyed paddle boat and the cows hanging out

This was the 23rd year for my 3 girlfriend’s trip. William’s home was as pictured. The rooms were comfortable and had darkening curtains which was a nice touch. The gas fireplace was warm and cozy. He also had soft blankets on the sofa as well as each bedroom. The wall of windows in the living room (no window coverings) were great to watch the many deer that paraded by. The bathrooms were well stocked. There were snacks available. Kitchen had just about every utensil made plus two coffee makers (single serve and pot) with several coffee/tea selections plus creamers. Additions would be: written operating instructions for the fireplace, TV/ROKU channel guide, written instructions of how to lock up (it’s an electronic keypad on both doors), include checkout procedures in manual that is on the bar, and Christmas decorations. We go somewhere different every year or we would go back. And if you have family/friends in Sun City, it’s super close.

The cabin was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. We were about 20 minutes from all the events we had planned in north Austin area. Horses are on site and friendly. Deer walked past the cabin multiple times. Very dog friendly! Our hosts responded to us immediately every time we had a question.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Magical Cabin! As a local, it was really fun to discover this perfect spot for a staycation. Beautiful home, wonderful for unwinding, reading and feeling immersed in nature. There is nothing we would have changed, and we look forward to returning! ✨🏡

Angel’s place was a wonderful stay close to heb and lots of resturaunts! We absolutely loved the tub and the wifi was actually pretty fast for us compared to what others were saying! My wife was raving about how comfy the bed was. The only things I would suggest is plates & silverware. As well as lights along the driveway up to the cabin & a light above near the cabin letter so that you can differentiate which is which, we got in when it was dark out so it was a little hard to navigate and see where we were driving.

Quiet, peaceful little spot close to all conveniences. If you're in the area, give it a try. Responsive, helpful host.
