Our maisonette cottage (44 sqm) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet district Bürgerfelde- on the outskirts of the city and yet central! Only 15 minutes by bike or bus from the city center, train station and university and in a few minutes walk in the green surroundings. The house is refurbished and equipped with everything Pipapo new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy are 1-2 people/couples, for a couple nights you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in forest and moorland and on the numerous moors and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with moor railway is in walking distance. Bicycle tours to North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna available for common use with 2nd unit as well as charging station for electric cars.

Unsere Ferienwohnung „Friesenbude“ wurde frisch renoviert und möbliert. Sie wurde im maritimem Wohnstil eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Nordsee-Flair ein. Nicht nur der maritime Stil sondern auch der Garten, die ruhige Lage und nicht zuletzt die Strandnähe der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist fußläufig, oder mit dem Rad (bzw.Auto) in ca. 1800m zu erreichen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen , sie bald als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.

Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Fußgängerzone mit vielen kleinen Läden und historischen Fassaden. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, der HBF sowie die City sind nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt und die Autobahn in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

On the property there is the possibility to charge an electric car at a wallbox.

In Schiffdorf-Spaden, directly adjacent to the Seestadt Bremerhaven, the newly built "Ferienhaus Ökohaus-Spaden" (Eco House Spaden), completed in 2021, is perfect for a relaxing family holiday – ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the possibility of accommodating an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room.

We live in the center of Leeste, municipality of Weyhe. Our accommodation is a small outbuilding with about 76sqm on 2 floors. There are 5 minutes walk to the nearest bakery, shopping also within easy walking distance, about 12 km from downtown Bremen. Non smoking and no animals.
