Cottage vacation rentals in Wildwood

House was very clean and the space was perfect for our family, including 2 small dogs. Location is a quick and easy drive to all major Cape May activities and popular restaurants. Lots of spacious hang-out areas in the house, and appreciated all the amenities of dishwasher, laundry, wifi and large TV. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book this house again.

We spent the Christmas Holiday in the area visiting our son, who is stationed in Cape May with the Coastguard. The home was so cozy and came complete with a Christmas Tree and holiday decor. Our generous hosts even played Santa, leaving a Christmas morning care package, complete with snacks and a bottle of wine, on the back porch! The Coastal Cowgirl Cottage exceeded expectations. It was a great value for such a well appointed home. Taylor and Cam could not have been better hosts! The Cape May and surrounding areas are beautiful and quaint, with many things to do…even in winter. We highly recommend a visit!

Janet's home in Villas was an excellent location for my family's week at the shore. We are two adults, two children (12 and 17), and a mini golden doodle. Location: Just steps from the Bay, where our dog loved running around and the sunsets were unbeatable. 20 minutes from Cape May and the Wildwoods plus everything in between (distilleries, breweries, museums, shopping, etc.) Responsiveness: Janet was an excellent and responsive host that helped us get ready for my trip by answering all of my (many) questions. Cleanliness/comfort: The cottage was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. A big couch plus a relaxing backyard with a grill made it all even better. Beach chair, body boards, towels, washer/dryer - everything was great. The cottage was in a peaceful area where we could chill for the evenings before heading back out the next day. Overall, I would love to come back and highly recommend this space.

Beautifully decorated and clean family pet friendly home in Wildwood Crest, beach a block away. Super comfy, clean and with supplies and basic necessities to have a worry free stay. The outdoor area was so convenient for our little fur baby. Thank you for the welcome snacks & beverages. Your generosity is greatly appreciated we’ve never seen a more inviting home on Airbnb. The house was perfect. I was just disappointed that the washer and dryer didn’t work.

Wonderful house a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from Sunset Park. The area is very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was well stocked with basic necessities and the shed had bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella etc. Highly recommend. We had an awesome vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place! The place was everything we needed for my husband and I, our daughter and 2 of our grandkids and our doodle, David was a very gracious host. We will need to go back did not have enough time to explore the area! The fenced in yard was so nice for our dog!

This Airbnb truly is STEPS from the beach. We would just run back to the Airbnb for bathroom breaks. It’s also across the street from a fun, outdoor restaurant/bar with live music (The Point). We personally enjoyed sitting in the yard and hearing the live band while playing games - you don’t hear the music inside and the band stops around 9. It’s also close to everything else in Sea Isle such as Excursion Park, shops and restaurants. The private yard was great. We cleaned sand off in the outdoor shower and grilled some food on the grill. They have some games and basic kitchen things. No essentials are included (bedding, TP, towels etc). Two rooms are pretty small and the master room is extremely large with a tv and private bathroom. All beds were comfortable. The owner’s home is next door and they are very responsive and friendly.

My husband and l are feeling happy, inspired, and refreshed after our much needed getaway. I can't say enough positive things about Sole Cottage and Stacey. From every thoughtful detail in their beautiful cottage to being less than a block from the beach and the glorious sunsets 🌅 It was a dream! I didn't know anything about Cape May before arriving (I like the spontaneous adventure, okay) but Stacey's recommendations were perfect—making the weekend easy and fun. If you need a romantic weekend for two or a family getaway, Sole Cottage is the place to stay.

Jacob and the cottage were lovely. As mentioned in many other reviews, the home was clean and contained everything we needed to make for a wonderful getaway. Grateful for all the small touches that set it apart from the rest!

My stay here was amazing, the host was very helpful, kind, and had great recommendations. The walk to the beach was shorter than it looked on the map and they offered beach chairs and bikes with the rental, so it was very easy for me to just arrive and enjoy my beach vacation. This location is very peaceful, without being too far of a drive from downtown Ocean City and the boardwalk.

Perfect little cottage in a great location! Everything was clean & bright (great beachy decor) & updated/new. Nicholas was super helpful/responsive, messaged that we could check in early (huge bonus) and not having to bring towels/sheets is a big help! He gives great suggestions for what to do/where to eat, etc. Everything you need to start your vacation was there - paper products, soaps, bath products etc. The bay is so close & has the best sunsets! The patio has a great table/umbrella & the grill was clean & ready to go. The neighborhood is peaceful & quiet but close to plenty of the fun places you’d want to visit. Overall, a top-notch place to stay, perfect for a couple or small group. Highly recommend Nicholas’s cottage! I hope to stay there again soon!

My family had a great time fishing, and playing on the sand. Great location in terms of beach proximity. The neighborhood is quiet , but the boardwalk is only 15-20 minutes away. We were able to enjoy the chaos of the boardwalk, but also the peace of a quiet beach. The home was clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We will definitely choose this home in the future. Thank you for having us.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our time at the house. The beach at the bay was in a great location. The house was incredibly clean with the whitest towels. Everything we wanted to do in Cape May and Wildwood was within a 15 minute drive. The home is cozy, but did not feel too tight. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would 100% book this place again for a future trip to Cape May!

We were visiting for the Christmas parade and this was a great spot. A little bit of a walk to the center of Cape May but it certainly was walkable. Very clean and responsive host. We would recommend!

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Cape May. The place was clean, spacious and very private. The accommodations were great and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Lisa Marie was responsive and communicated well. I would recommend the cottage for any visit to the area.

This was my first time to Cape May. I took a mommy daughter trip and i can’t rave about this place enough. The house was beautiful and cozy. And i loved that it was pet friendly and we got to bring our Rosie girl along with us. I can’t thank you enough for opening your home to us and the amount of appreciation we had for such an incredible trip. It was close enough to go all the places we wanted within a 15 minute drive so everything worked out perfectly. Thank you so much!!!

We booked our stay last minute after our trip was cxled due to hurricane! We couldn’t have been more pleased! Awesome house and excellent location! Susan was lovely and her cookies are amazing!!! We will be looking forward to booking again in the near future!!!

We stayed at the Lighthouse Cottage to celebrate our children’s birthdays. The cottage has so much character and was beautifully decorated. We loved the short walk to the beach and the rooftop seating to soak in some rays! We drove to Beach Plum farms, biked to the lighthouse, went shopping at Washington Street, and ate an amazing restaurant, Taco Caballito. Leslie was the best host and was not only friendly but very accommodating and responsive! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Cape May!

Moondoggies was a cozy, eclectic lovely home. Sara was very responsive and very kind. There was a bottle of wine upon arrival. The area is quiet and peaceful, with very friendly neighbors. Great place to walk, run or bike. It was lovely to see the sunrise from the rooftop deck and sunset from the beach. We had originally intended to go out to Cape May , but just were so cozy and happy around the backyard table and the fire pit at night. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Loved the outdoor shower. Loved all the detailed and kitschy nod to the Gidget theme as well as a little bit of Gilligans island . We were there celebrating a 50th birthday and it was a perfect girls getaway. I will be back with them again or my family.thank you Moondoggies for a great getaway!

We were looking for a home to rent over New Year’s Eve to keep our family tradition of jumping in the ocean New Year’s Day and Frank and Dayles home did not disappoint! With a stocked kitchen, games, dvds, hand soap in every bathroom, even hair dryers and little toiletries, we appreciated their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. We traveled with 5 adults, 3 teens, and two little kids and there was plenty of space for everyone! The location is perfect- 2 minute walk to Lewes Beach, 5 minute walk to great restaurants like Striper Bites and Lewes Oyster House and locally owned shops. Hoping to return soon!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Very dog friendly and so close to restaurants, attractions, beaches, etc. The house is very spacious and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. Would definitely stay there again!!!
