My husband and I have stayed at several air b&b's, but this one is by far the cleanest and the most thoughtful. The online description was exactly what we walked into. We loved the thoughtful gestures to make my family feel so welcome. I felt as if we were home. The communication was great, and it was awesome stay for us!! If we are ever back in this area again, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. If anything, the pictures don't do the house justice! We didn't need to do much cooking but the kitchen was nicely stocked (pots, pans, crockpot, blender, air fryer, utensils......). The hot beverage station was so nice and Wendy even thoughtfully left some snacks. The house was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed staying in an old home. It probably wouldn't be a good choice for someone who is a fall risk patient but for us it was just what we wanted ... and more!

Cozy Spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath Home

I had a few packages that were delivered to the residence during my stay. One was delivered into a locked mailbox. The host made sure they came and unlocked it for us so we could get our package. I thought that was extremely nice of them to make a special trip over to help us get our belongings. Very nice people.

Our family spent Thanksgiving at this location so we could be near our parents who are in a senior care facility. It met all our needs and expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and Susan was so kind and helpful. We will be staying here again in the future!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in Anne's home. It was just as wonderful as it was before. Anne is a wonderful host. She gave us an update on the winter weather the evening before and provided firewood for the fireplace. We will definitely try to book again when we need to visit Wichita Falls in a few weeks.

I airbnb a lot Mrs Susan is very responsive very polite it was a pleasure to rent from her. I had a issue it was a unexpected stay my car broke done. she was very welcoming I booked she got us right on in. she's a wonderful person. the place is comfortable.

This property was well-maintained, well stocked with kitchen items, and the bathrooms were full of linens! We enjoyed our stay and the home was just lovely with a great layout and plenty of space. They backyard was so nice, even in winter! It was a very workable space and located just perfectly for all the running around you might need to do - shopping, eating, etc.

Honestly the BEST air BnB I’ve stayed in. The house was so clean and maintained. The host was very responsive and thorough especially for a last minute booking. Great location. We rented both sides of the duplex and it was perfect for us and our kids. The little arcade on one side was great! Will definitely be staying there again!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house and location. The garage was a nice bonus in the cold weather. The only down side was that we didn’t have a table to sit at so meals were tricky with kids. The weather was freezing so we couldn’t use the outdoor table. Overall it was a great experience and we’d use it again.
