The best place we’ve stayed in NZ (and we’ve stayed in a lot of places over our 20yrs of visiting!). Fantastic location (3min walk to the beach); high end property (great kitchen, bathrooms, lovely linen and towels), multiple outside seating areas; spa and pool; super friendly and responsive host. Pretty much perfect!

Great stay in this home away from home. It looks brand new and it’s very clean. Big kitchen with everything you need (except a dishwasher). The living room and outdoor seating area are very large and relaxed to hang out. Washing machine available for laundry. Minor disadvantage was that it was pretty hot and there is no airconditioning and no flies screens. But the fan also worked fine. We felt very much at home and would definitively book again here.

Such a gorgeous house in a stunning location, would definitely recommend! Tina our host was very friendly and easy to get hold of. The house was really well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. We had a wonderful time exploring Hahei and the local area. We are sad to be leaving it!

Lovely place with everything you need plus more. Fabulous location a few minutes walk away from cafe pubs and restaurants as well as cute boutique shopping.

This is a gem of a place if you want a really peaceful private location. The fact that it was only one of a handful of properties at the end of a private drive made it really safe for kids and quiet and peaceful. The beach was on the door step- perfect for a swim before breakfast and wonderful to just sit on the deck and enjoy the stunning view. We loved having the use of the kayaks too. We used it as a great base for day trips too. We went to Port Jackson one day which is stunning and a shorter trip to see the amazing Kauri trees. A really really special place - can’t recommend it enough .

Absolutely delighted with our stay here. Incredible views. Comfortable beds. Great for kids as there were lots of books and toys for our 3yo to play with as well as a cot. Strong perfect showers. Had home comforts which really helped us settle in. David was very responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest places my family has experienced at a short term rental. The location is the most peaceful, beautiful and calm environment. The home is equally beautiful and the people in the community are very welcoming. We highly recommend this booking! Thank you for everything.

We were lucky enough to book this lovely, waterfront apartment for three nights in November. Everything was as described, if not better! Watching the activity in the marina whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace was a great way to end a day out and there were several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

Perfect, spacious bach with everything you could need. Opposite the beach and a campground that serves good coffee (and other supplies) is a minute walk away. David had provided some breakfast supplies which was a nice surprise! A relaxing 30min beach walk to Luke's Kitchen. Will stay here again when we return with the kids :) Noticed there was a playground at the campground and toys and puzzles are at the bach.

Amazing location. Air con in the main room was perfectly suited for the hot summers night. Out door guest room and shower and toilet was a huge surprise and well used. Will be booking again. Held 10 people with ease. Thanks for offering the place.

Incredible beach front house in a quiet bay community. We had an amazing time swimming in Wyuna bay and exploring the coromandel. Bring bug spray for the evenings! - Highly recommend the stay :)

The whole house is pretty impressive. Rooms are clean and very quiet during the night. Didnt have a chance to try the Bistro but will definitely come back next time and try the food too. Highly recommended!
