Vacation rentals in Whiteriver

We loved being surrounded by trees and so close to woodland lake park. We very much appreciated how nice, new and well stocked everything was…. Great cookware, knives, well stocked kitchen, great pillows and sheets, etc.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! It had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The host was super helpful and very responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Pinetop. I’ll definitely add it to my list of places to stay in the future!

The place was great...we would Rent again.

We were a family of 6 adults - 3 children. We went for a long Thanksgiving weekend. We love to cook - and this place was missing some of the basics we typically see in an Airbnb. There were many varieties of salt, but no pepper. We had to run to the grocery store for that, napkins, dishwasher pods ( there were a few there - but with this group, we had to run it a few times a day) and dish soap. The amenities were minimal. Be sure to pack it all in - or plan a store run. Beds were comfortable- living room warm and inviting. We even had to find our own firewood for the fireplace. 🤦🏻‍♀️. The yard was fenced and great to let the kids run around as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Nate was quick to respond with check in questions.

Everything about Justin’s cabin is great. For us, the main attraction is the deck. The deck is as the pictures portray it: spacious, clean, peaceful and with beautiful views of the pines. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit while we grilled & played cornhole. We stayed at the cabin for Thanksgiving and appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Another great quality is that the entire place was clean and tidy. The only downside for us is that firewood was not provided. We loved turning on the fireplace but had to make a couple trips to buy firewood. We’ve stayed at other cabins in Pinetop with comparable prices as Justin’s and firewood was included those cabins.

Definitely the top rental that we have ever stayed at. There were so many little touches that made the place spectacular. For example, pull-out baby gates at the tops and bottoms of stairs, numerous extra luxurious blankets and towels, wonderful top shelf appliances that were truly meant to make the stay great (Ninja knife block with sharpener, stocked coffee bar). Serena’s rental had beautiful hardwood floors, TVs in every room, fireplaces in every room. Our two older kids absolutely loved it. We sat on the back porch watching the birds and squirrels. The neighborhood is extremely safe for late evening walks. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The night sky viewed from the second floor balcony can’t be beat. The instructions for check in and out are very clear. We had a question during our stay and both the host and co-hosts responded almost immediately. We absolutely loved it and hope to be back soon. Carson's place was clean, well stocked and free of clutter. Home was in a great location to restaurants and outdoor activities. I would recommend Carson's place 100%

The house was comfortable and very cozy for us and the dogs. The host was quick and responsive to any questions we had. The dogs enjoyed the enclosed backyard. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We had the best time at this cabin. The hot tub was clean, hot, and very nice. Just enough space for our family of four. Plenty of blankets and the floor heaters were so nice.
