Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Whitemarsh Township

I just needed a place to crash during an intense 4-day class, and that’s exactly what I got. This place has pretty much everything you need, and is very practical. Not cute, but great if you just need a private space to yourself. Jae was kind and helpful!

A great place when traveling for work or for short stays. Beds are very comfortable, Internet is solid, everything is clean and tidy, the kitchen is very well stocked up. Also - the washer / dryer in the basement is very useful. Will definitely stay here again on my next work trip.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Lots of places to visit in Philly within walking distance. We were only there for two days and one night but made the most of it by staying somewhere so central. Place was spacious and well set up. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Philly!

Michael was a great host from beginning of reservation until checkout. The apartment is in a secure building and it exactly how described and represented in photos. The building has a full gym and a rooftop terrace with great views of the skyline. The LibertyGrounds cafe on the corner of the building had good food and local beers and spirits. Easy walk to Vineyards Cafe and Ryebread for yummy breakfasts. Lots of other choices in walkable distance (Fairmount area with good restaurants and cute boutiques). I was there for jazz shows at South which was a quick Uber ride away. Easy access via Uber or streetcar to historic downtown Philly and the famous Reading Terminal.

I was going to an event in South Phily and really just needed a bed for the night, and the apartment was perfect that. it was private and clean. Steve and I never met, but he was very responsive with texting, answered all my questions, and even offered his parking spot if I couldn't find one. He gave me clear instructions on how to access the apartment, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. If your I need of a simple quiet place for the night in south philly, this is a great option.

This Airbnb was very walkable to lots of restaurants and stores, we walked the holiday markets and Reading Terminal Market too. The Whole Foods and Acme supermarket was literally down the block for extra snacks and water. It's at a corner and near a bus stop, which was the only slight bother because you'll hear the bus at night or early morning. But the location was awesome and easy to get to and from.

The Lighthouse offers a quiet, beautiful home away from home where I was able to reset & take hot baths, wash some laundry & enjoy hearing the rain on the roof at bedtime. I highly recommend Dawn & The Lighthouse!!!

This was my second time staying at Katharine's place and it was just as great the second time around! The location is great, the house is beautiful, and there are plenty of parking options nearby.

The home was immaculate, and Chantel took the time to properly stock the items I needed based on the number of guests before my arrival. The home is in a good area, public transportation is within walking distance, and several good food options are close. A++ stay, thank you

Stayed over a week to be close to our daughter/granddaughter for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us, lots of room for 5 adults. Everyone had their own space. We did some meal prep at the house which worked fairly well except without some kitchen essentials (measuring cups a/o mixer). Definitely appreciated the coffee! Always a plus to have washer/dryer. Front door lock is a bit funky but nothing we couldn't figure out. Nice front porch and backyard but cold weather meant we spent more time inside. Walkable to parks, stores and restaurants (Baltimore Street). Parking was a breeze! House has a history which made the stay extra memorable.

Derek's place was awesome! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and having a garage to park in was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Philly! The entire space was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. The neighborhood felt safe, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was parking—finding a spot took quite some time, as the nearby public parking lot was unpredictably closed. However, the quality of the Airbnb more than made up for it. I’d gladly stay here again despite the parking issue and will definitely consider it for my next visit to Philly!

Our first experience with Airbnb and we are so happy with our stay! The space was as advertised. The communication with our host was clear and prompt. Check in was a piece of cake and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Our host checked in with us about our arrival to make sure everything went ok which was a comfort. There is a super cool coffee/breakfast/lunch -delicious cheesesteaks too! Called HomeGrown215 about 2 blocks away. We were close to everything we wanted to do and public transit was easy to navigate. We can’t wait for more trips and more stays with our host!

We travel to Philly twice a year to visit family and usually squeeze into one hotel room in Center City. This time our usual hotels were full, and I'm so glad they were! At Danni's, we had a full house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for only slightly more than the hotel rooms would have cost. It made the trip much easier. The house was sparklingly clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. And it was an easy downhill walk to the Franklin Institute, Christmas market, etc. Danni provided everything we needed, with the lovely addition of a few beers, coffee, and snacks. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The place was well located for where we wanted to spend time in the city. We had a little trouble locating the entrance as it is tucked behind the building in a narrow street that's common in this area. Other than that minor hiccup, our stay was great. We greatly appreciated Christina letting us check in early unprompted and having the heat turned up since it was a rather cold arrival day. I would definitely stay here again.

If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed. We came to visit the city for the weekend with another friend of mine and her husband and the place was perfect for the 4 of us! Such a cozy and clean place to stay. It’s also in a great location - just far enough away from the crazy shopping area but close enough to walk to all the touristy spots within 15-25 minutes depending on location. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!
