Vacation rentals with breakfast in Whitehorse City

This is a great home for a family with everything you could need. Hugh and his family are incredibly accommodating and extremely flexible. We had a great stay here.

Hamish's hidden away cottage in the leafy suburb of Toorak is a gem. Very cosy and homely inside, with a well shaded and green outdoor area. Perfect for a couple with a pet and very close to parks to walk your dog. Quiet, safe and shaded enough to leave your pet at home, whilst you head out to explore your surrounds and greater Melbourne. As far as Airbnb's go my partner and I were amazed at the effort Hamish and his wife have put into decorating, provisions and the overall experience of being at home from away from home. Easily the best AirBnb we have stayed in, our stay had all the comforts of home and we will definitely return again. Thank you for a perfect long weekend stay.

Amanda was very responsive and effortless to communicate with. They even offered a refund when the internet was down, even though it wasn't their fault. Amanda went over and above to keep us accommodated and we greatly appreciated it.

The house is beautifully appointed, very spacious and ideally located for the cafes and restaurants on Glenferrie Road as well as the trams to the city or down to the coast. The garden area is nicely shaded and the house has every amenity you need for a great stay.

Nice spacious house with everything needed. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Backyard was great for our dog. very secure and safe. would recommend staying at Caroline's property.

A wonderful place to stay, conveniently located near supermarkets and public transportation, not far from the city center. The house is spacious and fully equipped. It truly felt like home. We will definitely come back here every time we visit Melbourne.

Highly recommendation for those who traveling with kids as this is a spacious, well equipped and especially a game room ~ American snooker 🎱 & mini air -pump table supplied. Moving to a new country is never easy. My family and I just moved to Melbourne from Malaysia. We booked our stay at this unit whilst waiting for our permanent place. Elizabeth has made our move and stay a very pleasant. Our kids go to a nearby school and it’s such a bonus when it’s just a few stops using tram or on a lovely day they get to walk to school. The unit is a very cosy one, most importantly the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. The kitchen comes with all the utensils needed. Elizabeth’s place is located in a prime area in Melbourne, not far from the city. What’s best is that it is also close to 1 of the major train station, the Glenferrie station. There are heaps of cafes, restaurants and groceries stores nearby too. As a host, Elizabeth has been very helpful and accomodating. She communicates very well with me. We had an amazing time staying at Elizabeth’s place and I highly recommend it to others.

We felt very comfortable staying at Peter's place. It had everything we needed and was well appointed.

This apartment is in a central, leafy location, very close to the Toorak shopping precinct. It is about a 2 minute walk from the tram. It has plenty of natural light and has all the amenities you need. It is small, but suited us perfectly. The car space would be extremely tight with a larger car.

Christine’s place was amazing, and she was a very generous host! It felt like a home away from home for us! It was thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need during a medium to long term stay. Great location, very calm and peaceful. Well connected to bus and train stops. We will definitely recommend this abode to anyone looking to visit Melbourne!

We spent a month living in this Airbnb, and it couldn’t of been better! The unit was small as described and very close to the main house - but we hardly ever saw the hosts, nor did we hear them ever! The house was clean, great Wi-Fi, great shower pressure, comfy bed- everything we needed, and the pool was a bonus.Family was delightful and we felt like we had our private oasis in their backyard.

Great place close to shops and CBD. Place was kept clean and tidy. We will definitely come back for another stay. Thank you!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul and Kumari are incredibly kind and have amazing stories to share. They truly made me feel at home, taking me under their wing and offering so much warmth and support. The breakfast was fantastic, and their stories were just as delightful. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, grocery stores, cafes, and anything else you may need. Paul and Kumari also went above and beyond by connecting me with people while I searched for accommodation in Melbourne, as I had recently moved here and was looking for something more long-term. Their hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Napier Guesthouse does not disappoint on any level. It is completely and utterly perfect. From the beautifully appointed kitchen, to the fresh breakfast supplies, to the rainwater shower, to the linen sheets. It even smells amazing. Everything has been carefully considered and thoughtfully presented. This world that Daniel has created is simply sublime. I can't wait to go back. Add to that it is attached to a fantastic wine bar (Napier Quarter) that has the most amazing food and wine and its location makes everything you could ever want in Fitzroy a close stroll away. Daniel is also at the ready with the best recommendations for what to do, where to eat and drink. A true host, the best host. I would give it 11 stars if I could I just cannot recommend it highly enough.

Hosts Barry and his wife were very welcoming! Also, the room was gorgeous and clean and we loved having an attached bathroom that was spacious and nice. Only slight issue is that the water system might be a little hard to get at first as there are specific instructions on how to turn on/off the water as well as adjust temperature. There was also a mini fridge and kettle in the room which was great. Location was a 15 min walk to Toorak village where we would definitely recommend trying the spaghetti marinara at Romeo’s (or anything else honestly, the food there is great and portions are huge). However do note that although accessible by public transport to the CBD, the nearest bus stop is still a ~5min walk away so driving is best. Overall a really good experience and we will be back if we return to Melbourne!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The suite is stunning—beautiful, romantic, peaceful, clean and incredibly relaxing. The spa experience was a memorable highlight for us! It’s the perfect place for any couple looking for a romantic and serene getaway. The breakfast service was fantastic—filling, with a great variety of options. Self-check-in was super easy and convenient, and has plenty of parking. Jodie is an incredibly friendly host, and being very responsive; her communication is top-notch We’ll definitely be back! Mel is definitely the most generous host I have come across with so many extras provided … welcome champagne, cheese, biscuits, chocolates, chips, etc etc etc as well as enormous delicious breakfasts. It was quite amazing. Mel also went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Her place is spotless and beautifully decorated. An amazing experience. You really could not hope for more.

Kerry’s home is a delight. It is a beautiful home that has been decorated with a lot of thought and care. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our time with Kerry immensely.
