Clean Executive suite in heart of downtown!

Ian's place is in a great location downtown. Very easy to walk to local restaurants and cafes, as well as enjoying the trails along the river. The underground parking is definitely a plus for winter months, as well as the large patio during the summer time!

Ideal base for enjoying Whitehorse. Benjamin's apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I appreciated some of the little extras, such as two kinds of coffee maker and the Bose radio. Parking is easy and it's walkable to downtown restaurants and cafes. The host is well-organized, responsive and helpful. Whitehorse is great - I didn't want to leave!

We are returning to units in this building and this one was the quality that we expected - maybe a bit sparse in the kitchen small appliances but with the basics. If you want to cook or bake- make sure you check to see what’s available. When I requested some maintenance and additional supplies, the response was fast as we have come to expect with NN. We appreciate the scent free products that they use. The secure, beautiful, walkable location is really what keeps us coming back.

Best place we stayed at on our road trip. Loved that it was pet friendly too. She was very accommodating and, although I was having technical difficulties with the check-in/out, she was very gracious and helped me through it. I would love to stay here again if we ever make it back to Whitehorse again!

Great space to stay in Whitehorse. The fully stocked kitchen made for a great stay outside the downtown and the patio was really great. This place is managed through a third party group so you can expect many automated messages and some delayed response time.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The unit was clean and the cleaning products used throughout the unit are eco friendly and low scented. As we are scent sensitive it was great to walk into this unit. The unit was cozy for our family. We have a 4 year old who is very energetic. He also loved the space in the unit. Thanks again!

Great value apartment. It's a no frills spot with modern conveniences (WiFi lock system, full mini kitchen, including dishwasher, washer / dryer, etc.). Super convenient to local Porter Creek amenities. Host is easy to get in touch with and quick to resolve inquiries and issues. Would recommend. Would rent again.

Perfect little place for my work trip. Stayed for 3 weeks and loved it, cozy, quiet, and modern. Just great.

The exterior of the condo features a light green siding and a wooden deck with seating above. Snow covers the ground, and the entrance includes a white door with a window above it. Two large windows are positioned symmetrically on either side of the door.

This is clean and new condo. Wall has thick insulation so room was warm enough so comfortable in winter. Benjamin reply so quickly and nothing complain to stay there. I will stay there again.

One Bed Suit, Separate Entrance

It was a great place to stay. My only negative is that there wasn’t much sound proofing between floors so it was kind pretty noisy- from food steps to voices, toilets flushing and water running I could hear it all. Other than that it was pretty clean and comfortable.

My stay at the cozy condo was as a local, not a visitor to Whitehorse. It’s in a new neighborhood, so the condo was modern, fresh, and clean and had all the things one would need for a longer stay. Heather is a very responsive host, who communicates well, and made sure to check in after I arrived to see that everything was ok. If you’re a visitor, the neighborhood doesn’t have a lot of amenities quite yet, but they’re only a short drive away. The cozy condo will get you away from the noise of downtown, but keep the views of the surrounding mountains in the distance.

Kitchen well equipped, with a couple of small items required—coffee filters (coffee maker is fine) and salt, pepper and a few common spices would be nice. Overall excellent accommodation at reasonable cost. Downtown and river front nearby—easy to get anywhere from.

Wonderful downstairs apartment! Location is great and walkable to the sights downtown. Andrew was great and gave helpful recommendations. Bonus points for the friendly cat in the entryway. I'll definitely return next time I'm visiting Whitehorse!
