Andrew's Cozy Home in Lake Placid was just that! Having brought with us everything we thought we would need, Andrew provided all that and more. We truly felt like guests in his home. Hopefully Andrew will welcome us back upon our return to the ADK'S......

Norman’s place is one of a kind. It has everything you may need for a perfect weekend! The area of Jay is nice and calm and it’s a short drive to Lake Placid. The pictures are exactly how the home appears. Didn’t get to see any animas but maybe next time! Everyone should experience this stay! Thank you again Norman!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Brioc's Airbnb over Christmas! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Brioc was an excellent host—very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family had a blast skiing, as the location was ideal for easy access to the slopes. After a long day on the mountain, it was wonderful to come back to such a welcoming home to relax and unwind. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway. Thank you, Brioc, for making our Christmas so special!

The house was exactly as advertised. It is spacious and clean and perfect. Loved the neighborhood with a short walk to the lake. Was great to walk the dog around there also and the huge backyard was nice. Very private with only neighbors on one side. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back.

This is a family home that feels just right. We had absolutely everything we needed. The bed (we were in the downstairs queen) was very comfortable. Slept great for almost 2 weeks. Location is of course sublime. Instructions for appliances, heat adjustment, TV, etc. are clearly printed and accessible. Wifi was great. There were only 2 of us and our dog so we didn't use the upstairs - but it looked clean and bedrooms/bathroom very spacious. Some things are a bit careworn but nothing was uncomfortable or incomplete and everything worked great (I covet their toaster!). We made ourselves at home and it was the perfect fit. Having great & timely access to owners is key for a good stay. These owners are the best in communication. THE best. Would recommend for sure.

The house was exactly as described and included more space than we expected. The house is METICULOUS and included everything we needed. Love the fireplace - so cozy for the winter! Lots of space for winter clothing and such. We truly had the most spectacular and magical visit to Lake Placid during the holidays and we found this home to be a perfect base for our family. Absolutely highly recommend!

Erin was easy to communicate with and even allowed us to park at the Airbnb early so we could catch the shuttle to our reunion. Beds were comfy and the place is an easy walk home from anywhere in LP

beautiful place right on the river! Lake Champlain and the ferry are a 5-10 minute drive, and you are able to bring your pup with!

Amazing location for skiers - just 4 minutes to the mountain! This is house is well-appointed and so well taken care of. The owners provide everything that is needed for a great stay and everything is in tip-top condition. The hot tub is such an added bonus after a long day of skiing. Would definitely recommend and would most definitely stay again!

Cynthia was very responsive and flexible with our situation and a death in the family. Her home was perfect for the 5 of us to stay in and be in the beautiful peaceful adirondack surroundings. Thank you so much Cynthia.

the house is just wonderful! my friends and I, we were delighted. especially the wooden furniture. comfortable beds, lots of extra towels and blankets, the house was very warm upon our arrival, and house slippers for each guest were like a "cherry on the cake". beautiful private territory, we wanted to stay longer, but we went skiing, which I also think is a big plus, all the sights are nearby, ski slopes, White Face Mountain and Lake Placid are 30 minutes away. perfect location and house, highly recommend

Great secluded location overlooking Whiteface. Couldn't have hoped for a better view and quiet area.

Lovely stay! We would come back. Easily accommodated 6 of us with loads of room to spread out. Comfy beds, clean, stylish, gorgeous neighborhood. Lovely lovely!!!
