Absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a peaceful gated community that felt safe and welcoming. We actually ended up adding an extra day because we didn’t want to leave Negril—and the host made it super easy to coordinate, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout our stay, and the location was great—close to supermarkets, shops, and everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for comfort and convenience in Negril!

I had such a fantastic time staying at this property! This is a well loved and well taken care of place. The home was welcoming, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was all well appointed, spacious and absolutely breathtaking! The proximity and location can’t be over emphasized. I had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s place in Negril! The apartment is perfectly located—just steps away from the beautiful 7-mile beach, local restaurants, and supermarkets. The peaceful setting of the condo complex provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable balcony with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. It was great to have an A/C unit that worked well, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to get some work done during my stay. Patrick was an exceptional host—always responsive, providing helpful tips about local spots, and even checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in making sure guests have everything they need. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Negril, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well-appointed. The residential community in which its located is resort-like, with a private beach, pool and lovely grounds for walking/exercise. The location is well-removed from the crowded area of 7 mile beach, in ways that remove occupants from the crowds on the south end of Negril. However, I found it necessary to rent a car for grocery shopping, atm access, and to pop into the party scene at the southern Negril beach. The owner, Winfield, was readily available to answer questions and give guidance. I'd rent the apartment again and have already recommended it to friends.

Fendi's place is really cute and looks even better in person. We really enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing day and night. There's nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the stars. There are lots of nice people on the property. It's very close to restaurants, night life, and grocery stores. Fendi was always available for suggestions and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value and cozy place to stay.

Beautiful quiet location overlooking the sports park should you choose to catch a game. Lovely pool to cool off in after a hot walk or warm morning. Evelyn and Jeff were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and a pleasure to deal with. And Ruddy and Judy, neighbours who look after the yard, were very friendly, sharing fruits and meals and always on tap for a ride. If you want a peaceful place to relax and enjoy watching the horses miming birds and soaring John crows then this is the place. Comfy beds, steaming hot showers and a fully stocked kitchen were very appreciated!! Thank you for hosting us!

Our first Jamaican trip was unforgettable, thanks to this stunning apartment and the amazing host, Christine! She’s the kindest person we met, with perfect communication—always replying within minutes and checking if we needed anything. The location is magical, right on a beautiful beach in a resort like a botanical garden. We felt so at home, met wonderful people, and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Christine❤️

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

If you like the beach life style as if you were at home...This is the place for you!!!! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves...and wake up with the incredible view of the crystal blue water!!!!! If you like to cook everything is there...if not almost everything is nearby by walking distance. Moreover the communication with the host is a 5 star rating....The host is really very attentive to make sure that everything is perfect for you to enjoy your stay!!!! Dont hesitate to book this dream place, its 100% worth it!!!!!

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

Our large group of friends had an absolutely wonderful stay! Coleen, the house manager and cook, and Pepper, the puppy truly made our experience unforgettable. Coleen's cooking was outstanding, and we were genuinely sad to leave. She also offered fantastic recommendations for nearby activities and even helped organize a fishing trip, preparing a delicious meal from the catch. No matter what we needed, she went out of her way to make sure we had it. The beach area was perfect for snorkeling, the waters were calm, and the beach felt incredibly private. We drove ourselves from Montego Bay, and if you're familiar with driving in Mexico, you'll find it easy to adjust to the roads here. We made a few trips to the nearby mini markets for snacks, beer, and a meal. The town is small, but it has a charm, and Black River, the nearest larger town, offers a bigger grocery market. Pepper, the owner's well-behaved dog, was a delightful companion. We all can't wait to return!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shawnn’s place; it felt like home, and we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and highly responsive to all our questions and suggestions. If you're considering it, definitely book this place—you won't regret it. Great location also ! My family and I are looking forward to returning. 1000/10

The Photos do not do Mrs. Dianne's cottage justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the veranda was just absolutely amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. I stayed with my 2 children and we loved it. Everyone was so welcoming . Subrena the property manager was so delightful and helpful. Stinger ( the neighbor across the road ) was also very friendly. Demar( who also lives across the road and is a local taxi driver) was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Mrs. Dianne for sharing a piece of paradise and we will be back

I very much enjoyed Mikes place. He provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Negril. He was very responsive and helpful with questions. His condo is located on the same grounds as “ Hedonism “ resort so be aware that you will have a small view of the pool area on Hedonism property from one of the patios, where clothing is optional and “everything goes” over there. The Beach is a 60 second walk away from Mikes place. Also, You will need a car, scooter or Taxi to get around as many of the restaurants are atleast 10 min away. The “ Jungle” nightclub and Margaritaville bar is about 7 min drive, the downtown Negril area is atleast a 15 min drive away. But there are many areas of beach access along the main road as well as through a few restaurants along the road. I highly recommend staying at Mikes Place “.

This was my second stay at Dawn's place. She is a very responsive host and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. I immediately felt welcome and right at home. I was able to go paddleboarding at the private beach and spent the day in a Cabana at Woodstock. Thank you to my hosts for their genorosity and another wonderful stay.

Jodie’s place was perfect. Perfect location as it’s walkable to beach and walkable to town where you can easily catch a route taxi or chartered. It is fully loaded with all the things necessary for a comfortable stay if you like to fill the fridge and save some money on eating out. I really loved the attention to detail, really did feel at home. I Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 !

I went to Westmoreland for a family event and decided to stay in Negril. Maria's place is located in the heart of negril. it is in the halfway point between the Seven Mile Beach and the Cliff side where Rick's Cafe is located. It is a short walk to the straw market, the bank, Cambio (money exchange), Burger King and numerous restaurants, street food vendors and fruit stands. it is located in a gated community that once you enter the gate it gives a relaxed vibe. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and with updated appliances. Maria was engaged, I arrived late even and she checked in to make sure that I was fine, much appreciated. Check in was smooth, the security guards at the gate was very helpful and provided a seamless checking, they also assisted with information regarding local restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Maria's place to everyone.

The place was clean and had everything she said it had. The grocery store below was a great perk and the food options in the building too. We had an ocean view right out of our window and were a short taxi ride away from 7 mile beach. She was very responsive too! We were literally less than half a mile from the venue where our friends wedding was being held

We enjoyed our stay! It bs a private beach or a quick taxi ride will get you to both Bloody Bay and 7 Mile beaches I suggest stopping at the grocery store for necessities and toilet paper on your way to the apartment.
