Places to stay in White Bird

Beautifully appointed little place. Very nice furnishings - almost too nice for our band of fisherman! Lovely location by the river, although a bit tricky to find using Apple and Google maps. Their very detailed listing was accurate. They have thoughtfully tried to mitigate the privacy challenges that go with a lofted bedroom and bathroom access through a bedroom. Josh and Amanda were very responsive to questions. Would recommend!

Our family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. It was very comfortable and felt like a home. During some of our downtime we were able to have the kids play outside and played games of Uno that we found in a drawer. The place was very well kept and they provided us with everything we needed! Nathalie and Peter were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend! Thanks for the stay!

My friends and I had an exceptional experience staying at Ace’s Place this weekend. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, decorated very cute and had all of the furnishings you could need. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the neighbors were quiet. We were very happy with our stay and will likely try to stay again next year for the WWB fishing tournament. Marie was a delight to work with. She was responsive to all questions and communications. She even text me earlier in the day to let us know the house was ready earlier than the scheduled checkin time. That worked out perfectly and was appreciated. Such a cute little place, love it.

While missing some of the typical amenities one might expect from a top 1% listing, this place earns every bit of its stellar rating, and the secret sauce is the hosts. Evelyn and Gordon have the sort of sensitivity and sensibility of the world’s finest concierges— they will be available to you, they will leave you alone, they will invite you in, they will bring you treats. I’ve stayed at some fabulous places around the world but the special brand of hospitality this wonderful couple shares is the sort of amenity money can’t buy and one rarely comes by. The views are great too, of course, there’s so many nice little areas to enjoy, the interior is well stocked and everything is cleverly put together in a way that is exceptionally enjoyable and off the beaten path. We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. It is beautiful and homey. The back covered patio was so peaceful -- sitting above the river. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and large enough for all 6 adults in our party. The host put tons of extras in the space -- snacks, waters, bathroom amenities, a closet full of games and toys/chairs to take down to the private beach on the river. We will definitely be back to this place. Loved it!!

it's a unique house with the layout but still very nice and cozy to stay in. the one room with two beds upstairs stayed cool unless you keep the door open for the heat to get inside. the beds were comfortable. overall it's a nice place to stay and a good deal.

We really enjoyed Victor & Cynthia's place for a quick overnight getaway. Would stay again. They were very thoughtful, and even had a few cup cakes and a candle for our enjoyment since it was my birthday! Very nice touch!!

David and Ken provide a spectacular space in White Bird. The house is charming and comfortable, and the views are beautiful. They are proactive hosts and try to provide direction on things to do in the area, which I really appreciated. The house truly has everything you could need, and I spent equal amounts of time hanging out and cooking inside, taking in the views from the deck, and exploring the area. A lot of reviews talk about the benefits of hosting a group in this space, but I'd also flag that it makes a great solo spot. Overall, a fantastic stay that significantly elevated by visit to Idaho.
