Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

We loved staying at Andrew’s place and would love to do it again if we’re in the area. It was a super convenient drive to Gore Mountain, and it was more than enough space for a group of five of us - multiple families can comfortably fit here. The view of the surrounding mountains covered in snow was worth the cost alone! It feels isolated enough that we had a great nights sleep, but still close enough to different restaurants and stores for anything we needed. We do recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash (possible this was in the listing and we missed it?). Thank you Andrew for your responsiveness and for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and easy to access. Sarah is great at communicating and responds quickly if needed. We enjoy the view from the private sandy beach and the nostalgic vibe of the house and furnishings. We’ve been able to find some good restaurants locally and the grocery store is convenient and well stocked and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property!

This home and host were such an incredible find! Of all the locations you can choose for a weekend getaway with a waterfront view, I would 1000% recommend this place. The hosts went above and beyond for me, they were so accommodating and responded quickly! This home is even better in person, from decor to the views you get from the living room and bedroom. They did a beautiful job making it feel cozy and thought of everything you might need during your stay. What I especially loved is that it’s very private. Perfect for a relaxing family trip.

The house was a perfect fit for my business trip, would absolutely stay here again. The house is smartly decorated, comfortable and cozy. With the added benefit of off street parking, I felt like it was my home away from home.

Hi this was our 2nd visit. Loved it, again. The setting and privacy are great. I will say the coffeemaker gave us a little trouble, messy cleanup after each pot was brewed due to overflowing in the basket and grounds everywhere. But that’s a first world problem, can’t wait to stay there again!!

This house was spacious, in an easy location right outside Cooperstown, clean and exactly as pictured. All the bedrooms were equally nice, heating system worked great for winter and kitchen was great for cooking. Wonderful to have two large bathrooms and showers. We were there during a snow storm and it was super pretty outside as well. Thanks Dave!

First of all the pictures for this place don’t do it justice! It’s a beautiful home and way bigger than we expected! We had a great weekend at John’s place and can’t wait to comeback and stay again.
