This is our third stay here, and it’s the best one yet. Patton surprised us with muffins on Christmas Eve! What a nice surprise. We really love staying at what my granddaughter calls our “holiday house”.

Great location and very spacious house. Stayed here with 2 kids and 3 adults.. and had more than enough room for all of us. Has lots of different room and places for kids to play. Quiet and beds were very comfortable. Tyler was a great host very communicative.

My family enjoyed the house. It was super nice and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed playing on the trampoline and felt safe playing outdoors. We all put puzzles together and watched movies in the enclosed porch. My only "difficulty" was that there were only 2 paper towels on the roll when we arrived and we couldn't find any in storage. I could've reached out to the owner but decided to just go and buy some. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely do it again!

This was my second time staying at David's house. The first time I was in DC for a memorial service in 2023. This time I was passing through on my way home from Florida. David is LOVELY to work with. I contacted him last minute and he was so obliging and agreeable. Really a pleasure. What we all love most is that the house is in a quiet, friendly location, but right off of several major roadways. Lots of food in the area as well. In a world of uncertainty and complications, this listing stands out as a consistently peaceful and easy place to rest your body and soul. I will be booking with David anytime I'm in the DC area.

Great location and super kind host! The house is on a quiet street with easy access to Rock Creek Park, yummy restaurants, public transportation, close area, playgrounds, and easy on street parking. The host made parking exceptionally easy by leaving a parking pass for us. The home is warm and inviting with plenty of room. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked. There is a lovely back porch so that even in a city you get a little bit of quiet outside.

It's a much better accommodation than what you see in the photos- I don't regret staying for a long time-

Street parking easy and convenient in DC. Metro station nearby. The apartment is very livable and comfortable.

Courtney’s place was the perfect spot for my visit to DC with my son. We are relocating to SC and wanted a stay in a neighborhood to give us a feel for living in the city. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe & conveniently located. We enjoyed walking to the shops nearby. The unit was spotless and very cozy. It had everything that we needed. It was private and Courtney’s family made us feel at home. I was especially grateful for the parking spot because parking is limited in that area.

Had an amazing stay at Melissa's. Everything was as described in the listing! She even gave me a parking pass for street parking. Looking forward to a future stay!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

The property is really nice and everything was super clean. Super easy finding our way down into the condo. The common space and bedrooms were nicely decorated and we appreciated the coffee machine! 😊
