A fantastic location and a great house in this family-friendly place. A few steps away from the surf club and reserve. Two walkways taking you to the beach., (no roads to cross). A safe cul-de-sac for children. Pets welcome. No extra guest surcharges. Fill up the outside hot tub with water, light the fire and have a hot water bath!! Please note that there are no sheets or towels provided. Please enquire for a price to provide them. Stays of three nights or more, they are complimentary.

Great location, just mins walk from shops and beach plus local fav beachfront Flat White Café. The stay was awesome! The location is perfect—within walking distance to everything: Lost Springs, supermarkets, and the beach. The house is clean and well-maintained. It is suitable for long stays. We had a great stay at Scott's place. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Scott is a great host. He communicated well and responded quickly to messages. His place is quite central, making it easy to get around to nearby shops and restaurants. There is a Woolworths close by as well as a nice little fish and chips shop and dominoes pizza. Our dog loved and enjoyed the big fenced yard. Thank you for having us for such a long stay.

This is the most beautiful homestay we have stayed in on this trip, it lives up to its name. We felt the Host's thoughtful service to guests. We experienced unlimited drinks and wine at a homestay for the first time, and you can see the sea from every corner of the house. We also love the decoration style of the homestay. The smart facilities provided by the B&B also made us feel very convenient. Most importantly, the Host is really nice, answered all our questions, and provided a lot of helpful information. 27 Banks Road Cooks Beach is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage right on the most amazing beach. The house is clad throughout in beautiful polished pine wood. New bed linen and towels which were of high quality were really appreciated and made for a very comfortable 2 nights. We had a couple of issues when we arrived, but Sarah responded instantly and resolved everything perfectly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the Coromandel Peninsula, which is a must if you are touring the North Island, we can definitely recommend this property
