Great modern, centrally located 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, with everything as described. The highlight was definitely the complex's rooftop pool with fabulous views out to Whale Island. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The relaxing garden area was perfect for my morning worship and coffee. The property is close to the ocean allowing for a nice walk by the ocean if you are walkers or runner. There is nice bakery/coffee shop steps away that provides a opportunity to meet some the locals. John and Wendy are great host. They created a property that is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was so comfortable that we felt we were returning home after our daily ventures. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for quiet a spot with great hosts.

Our stay with Julie and Menno were very attentive and helpful hosts. The studio was clean, well-kept and comfortable. The space was on the smaller side for a family of 3 adults given it was a studio, but our stay overall was still comfortable and enjoyable.

Our stay at Robyn's place was truly delightful! She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The house was cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views to enjoy throughout our visit. The fresh avocados from her farm were such a thoughtful and special touch. I highly recommend her place to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Nigel's place! The home was impeccably tidy and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat in a quiet location surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape, yet only a few minutes' drive from Rotorua. Nigel was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, the location is exceptional, you can just walk everywhere! The Airbnb is as described and had everything we needed, the breakfast items were really great! David is a great, responsive host, we would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Shelley’s place had everything that a traveler would want or need in accommodation and a beautiful garden to top it off. In addition to the expected fully stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, and enjoyable living area, Shelley included a chalkboard with top suggestions for things to do and places to eat as well as a wall of brochures from nearby attractions. The hot tub is a lovely feature and we enjoyed a soak even though it was a little cool outside. Shelley’s place is outside Rotorua and not within walking distance of restaurants and bars which suited us but it might not be the place for you. Highly recommended!

Sylvana’s home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, offering a lovely environment and a convenient location. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Lucinda and Ben’s place was truly outstanding! Right from when we checked in till we check out, we completely felt right at home! The house was very clean and you’ll find everything that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable. Lucinda and Ben were also very generous with the kitchen stores such as butter, jams and more importantly the farm fresh eggs! They were also very kind to offer an opportunity to our child to feed the lambs. Our child had a truly amazing experience! Lucinda and Ben are also very responsive and even offered advice on where we could go and it was tailored towards kids activities. All in all, it was a beautiful experience and stay both figuratively and literally. You’ll not regret booking your stay with Lucinda and Ben!

Absolutely over the moon about Mike and Mel's home, My partner, Kids and I were stuck for ideas with christmas around the corner. Mike had the best accommodation, was very helpful, clear and easy instructions. Was my very first time on Air BnB and to be honest I think it's going to be hard to beat. Thank you Mike Gordon

Our family had a great stay at Thomas' place. The location was very convenient, close to town, supermarkets, and a cafe. The house was really cosy and warm, the heat pump was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The kids (aged 4 and 1) enjoyed the toys/games, felt tip markers, books, and beanbags. The shower was a little tricky to get to a comfortable temperature, and the bath tap was quite low pressure, so it took quite a while to run a bath, but not this wasn't a big deal. Overall, we were really satisfied with our stay and would recommend staying here.

We really loved our stay here. The location is great and the interior decor was lovely. The instructions were very clear making the experience very smooth. And Barbara is an exceptional host. In fact, we forgot one of our belongings and she was kind enough to offer to have it shipped overnight 🙏

Neat modern apartment in a small block very conveniently situated for the Bay Oval, and short taxi rides from both the airport and the main resort area of Mount Maunganui. Good supermarket a 10-minute walk away and liquor store just over the road. Tony always quick with communications. We had a very pleasant stay.

Stacey was a delight to deal with and I would definitely stay at her place again. It has a great homely feel and all the amenities you need. Perfect location for our summer holiday, everything we needed was within walking distance. Good communication with Stacey and her instructions were clear and simple. Up there with one of the most enjoyable, accomodating, comfortable and pristine clean places I have had the pleasure of staying at. Brook was accomodating, efficient, professional and would respond to any questions/queries we had regarding our stay within 24-48 hours. It’s the perfect place in Mount Maunganui if you want to visit the beach, a walk up the Mount or a walk into town for some shopping. In future I don’t think I’ll look anywhere else but this place. Can’t recommend this place more 5/5.

Great place. Nice big patio area which gets good afternoon sun. Apartment itself if a little dark being ground floor but great for sleeping in, Modern environment and fantastic pool and spa area. Only trivial issue about pool area is you hear people ordering at the drive through at MacDonalds next door. Good comms and let us check out late which was great. A little further from the main shopping area than I thought but still very central and would stay again
