Mary is the perfect host, makes you feel right at home and very welcome. The location is perfectly situated to access the town, everything is within walking distance. Its also nice and quiet in the evenings

Great communication with the host, clear instructions and Jamie is very friendly. The house is full of history, big enough for 5 and great view to the sea. Rear garden, donkeys and goats were a joy.

the Strand is amazing place, this is our 4th time there over last couple years and we will always be back. staff very very helpful and very nice. Great food and drink in the restaurant. Great spot beside the beach.

Orla’s place is a little slice of relaxation and perfection. We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay and felt so at home in her cozy place. Orla is so friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Waterford town and we had an easy time getting a taxi into town and back so we could enjoy ourselves. We sat outside for breakfasts to enjoy the outdoor courtyard, which is really cute and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet and a tranquil getaway! We will visit again!

Orla facilitated our request for a stay at very short notice. The place is was very clean, comfortable and close to Dunmore East. We had a fantastic stay and will 100% be back.

Lovely upstairs apartment within short walking distance of the beach. Host had moved out so the place was homely but not cluttered. Would highly recommend.

This was an ideal place just to unwind and have a very peaceful break. Annette and Tim’s house was so cosy and warm and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Annette was very warm and friendly and gave us very useful tips on what there was to visit in the area… walking distance to Tintern Abbey and it’s beautiful surroundings and in Duncannon there’s a great place to eat at The Strand. We had a really lovely weekend. Thank you

Holly is simply the best! She was incredibly welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She provided excellent local tips and recommendations, making our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Her home was perfect for our family trip to Ireland. It was impeccably clean, had all the modern amenities you could ask for, and was conveniently located near multiple pubs, historic and cultural sites, and the Irish coast. We spent our days exploring the county and our evenings relaxing by the fire. I cannot stress enough if you are planning a trip to County Wexford, book with Holly! You will love your stay at the Highroad House!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rachel’s place. The house was gorgeous, we were a group of 11 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Location was great.

My husband and I had a peaceful trip here with our two dogs. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach at the bottom of the garden. Mark and Ben are great guys and the welcome basket they left was outstanding. Thank you!

A beautiful modern space along the southeastern coast of Ireland. Tucked back in the country but 90 minutes or less drive from Dublin. We were able to walk down to the beach with ease. We also drove down to gorgeous Wexford (~30 minutes). Glendalough National Park is a bit over an hour away. The towns of Blackwater and Kilmuckridge are only ~10 minutes drive and have groceries, pubs, etc. Recommend this place if you want a place to relax, cook dinners, feel peaceful and removed, but also is conducive to day trips. Great space for children. Thank you Claire for such an accommodating stay for my family and me, you were so thoughtful and helpful. We will be back!

John had a lovely home in Wexford. There was plenty of space and the location for the price was phenomenal with the beach a five minute walk away. Communication with John was seamless and he was always happy to help. We would definitely come back here again! Thanks again John.

We stayed at Shiobans house with a group of six girlfriends and had a lovely time. The house is equipped with everything we needed and is located close to the beaches and the local pub. It was ideal for us.

The house is absolutely fantastic, equipped with every comfort you could need for a truly relaxing stay. Justine has been an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place—it features spacious rooms with plenty of natural light, and a cozy, beautifully decorated living room that’s perfect for unwinding. This is truly a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great stay in Paul's place. The apartment was very well located within a very well maintained and peaceful community close to the beach. The apartment itself is comfortably furnished to a very nice standard and has everything you need. We would love to stay again.

It's a perfect place to stay and relax. Comfortable and very cozy place with, a huge bed, which is very important to me. Friendly and very helpful host!! I highly recommend this place for different periods of the year and for the long term, it would be also nice! The list of pluses is endless! In my opinion it's the perfect place to stay, very quiet and private☺️

Unfortunately, in such a beautiful setting, this was a work stay, however Mary could not have been more helpful. Took booking at very short notice, and provided changes of linen when people swapped over. Super helpful and the setting really was amazing. Very tranquil. Lovely apartment. Next to main house and host was both friendly and available, while being also considerate of space and privacy. Thank you

We had a great time here! Johnny is super helpful and responsive! The place is lovely, if you are there in the winter, make sure to use the coal as well as the logs as it makes a huge difference to the heat. The whole place was cosy. Lovely area, hooks point is especially beautiful. Other thing to note is the shower hot water is controlled from the switch in the bedroom. The location is very quiet and calm. Thoroughly recommend this lovely space to rest and relax. Thanks for having us!!
