We stayed in George’s home to celebrate our father’s 90th birthday and had a lovely time. All rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The view out back over the water, especially at sunrise, was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Excellent communication and support! Thank you, George!

Comfortable and cozy cottage on the water. The back deck and enclosed porch was super nice and the view was amazing. Had it not been so cold during our stay we would have been outside more. Everything was as described and perfect for the two of us and my mom. The dock was easily accessible which was nice. Great stay and close to our Son we were there to visit.

What a perfect place to spend a peaceful weekend. Ally is a fabulous host and the space was exactly what I expected from the pictures (and more). I would love to come back in the summer and stay but the winter wonderland was absolutely divine. Thanks for the perfect stay!

We loved this space. It was comfortable, cozy, and looked and felt to be in a nice, safe neighborhood. There are plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and couch space to relax. The upstairs bed was impressively comfortable! Over all, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend!

Fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and excellent hosts!

The place is wonderful. We were down for Thanksgiving with my family and were travelling with our 2 dogs, Wally & Dolly. The location was perfect, close to Riviera Beach where our Family Thanksgiving Dinner was, very private, no noise or distractions for the dogs (that was great). The property was surrounded by water on three sides, great views! It is right next to Ft. Smallwood Park where we took the dogs for walks every day, they loved it. As for the house it was perfect for us, just about the size of our home, so that made it very comfortable for us. All one level, which made it great for us older people. It was furnished with very comfortable furniture. Lots of information about the local surroundings, things to do, and restaurants. Keith was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with which made the whole process very easy for us. We even had a conversation over the phone once we were in the house to make sure everything was to our liking, and we were happy !

A nice stay with family. If you know what to expect it’s a lovely stay. The cottages are small but the scenery is beautiful. A little run down but perfectly fine just for sleeping for a weekend. We did encounter a lot of flies but we were right on the water. Overall a good stay. Definitely visit Tuggies if you love a good dive bar!

My family and I were here for a winter wedding at Zigbone Farm. We were so fortunate to have found Stoney Spring Overlook for our stay. The house is charming, comfortable and spacious. The views are breathtaking. They was not one thing that we needed, the house is very well equipped. We felt right at home and Jeanne was the most gracious host. Jeanne provided lots of valuable information about nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and scenic spots. 5 stars is hardly enough, I wish I could give more. We look forward to returning to what the other seasons are like at Stoney Spring Overlook.

It was a great place for our family Christmas get together. Check in was a bit combersome not being familiar with the Yale Access app but Dan was gracious and unlocked the door remotely. If the need would arise we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cute and just as described. Perfect for a long weekend away in Annapolis for the boat show!

Listen. If you need somewhere to wait out a winter ice storm, with kind and accommodating hosts, and hands down the BEST milk frother you’ll ever use, this is the place. Several friends and I, foolishly, planned our trip during a projected winter storm. On our last full day in the place, it snowed for most of the day. I tried to leave to get ahead of the inevitable ice that would form in the night, and my car couldn’t grip the snow. Santos came out and helped push my car to help me get back to the driveway, and told us to take as long as we needed for checkout the next day. The next day, due to this grace on check out, we were able to wait for the sun to melt some ice, and managed to be on our way. Throughout the stress of figuring out the weather, the home was an adorable and cozy point of comfort, the hosts were so kind, and the milk frother was the greatest one we had ever used. The rest of the house was wonderful too, but we just REALLY loved that milk frother. Come try it!
