Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Westmere

Our family and my parents absolutely loved stay at Vicki's place! The house is a real gem - bright, beautiful, full of old character yet with all modern upgrades, and completely stocked with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable - a block away from the amazing cafes, restaurants, shops of Ponsoby. Another block or two more and you hit the water. Vicki was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after!

The house was like a beautiful, serene retreat. We had a personal welcome from John who showed us around and gave us all the info we needed for our weekend. From the fish pond at the entrance to the lovely, spacious home, out to the amazing heated swimming pool, spa pool, and gardens, and then there is the multi-million dollar view!! 160 degrees of ocean and Rangitoto island. There was plenty of space for our group to have their own areas to chill but also great entertaining space when we could all be together. Minutes to beaches/bays cafes, shops. If you want a place with it all, this is it!! Thanks Joseph we will definitely stay again :)

Bobby is so lovely to communicate with. Responses are lightning fast which made working out logistics a breeze. Truly made the decision on which property to choose easy! Plus one of the few properties with a beautiful yard & pool!

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at in NZ! Very spacious, modern and clean! Loved the bakery and dairy store across the street. Safe neighborhood loved it! Host was very responsive. Will definitely book again in the future 😊

A great little getaway. The cottage has a lot of character and a beautiful view out to the ocean. The real gem is the trails on the property that we could go explore. Belinda gave clear instructions for everything we needed and had a great stay.

Kelly’s place was amazing ! Perfect location and walking distance to the local shops and transport. The property is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lush surroundings and the top of the driveway has a great view of the sky tower . Short bus ride or 20min walk to a fabulous Westfield in Newmarket and only 10 minutes from the city. The place was a great size for a family of 4. We will definitely be back next time we are in Auckland !

Beautiful home nice and peaceful, in the middle of everything you need which is so good. Will 100% be back in the near future. Lilians a great host she let me decorate one of the rooms with balloons for my partners birthday. The best 👌🏾

Fantastic location with direct park access. The most wonderful deck with great views- a joy in summer. Please note: this place doesn’t have an oven or a freezer and the bathroom is tiny, but we managed to make this place our home for a month during renovations. It may not be the ritz but it certainly does have character and a super accommodating host (with the friendliest, loveliest dog- Ziggy is definitely a highlight)

We had a great stay, no issues. Close to a little cafe, bus stop and dairy. Dave was easy to communicate with and helped us settle in. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Christmas stay in Kohi for a family of 4 visiting from the uk. We loved being so close to the beach, great cafe and restaurants. We also love exercising on the waterfront and walks to st heliers and mission bay. The apartment is a perfect size for a family of 4 and well fitted out as described. We would have no hesitation in staying here again!

An absolute pleasure! Our stay in this apartment in the heart of Auckland impressed us from start to finish and was wonderful. The chic and bright decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, and it's equipped with everything you could possibly need. Working remotely was a breeze with the comfortable setup, and the central location made attending meetings a breeze. The cherry on top? The heated rooftop pool, offering a serene escape with stunning views. Count me in for a return visit .

Right from when we made our booking, Elsa and Steve were so welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful hosts. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home, always willing to help out and have a chat. Their property is gorgeous and so comfy. The photos don’t do the place justice! It’s easily accessible from the city but also equally convenient for hikes and exploring the local surrounding nature spots. Bonus that we got to make friends with their dogs Bob & Banjo! Aaron’s place is so beautiful and centrally located. We just went downstairs and took the ferry to Waiheke island for a stunning day trip! Many cool restaurants nearby this place you can walk to! Aaron is an extremely nice person and very attentive. Definitely recommend!!!!

Great place to stay.... exactly as depicted in pictures if not better. Spacious dwelling (for apartment style accommodation) easily accommodating the 5 of us, with a lovely outlook. Mike is a great host who leaves you to enjoy your stay but is only a text msg/phone call away if required. Great walks (hilly) to nearby bays with spectacular views along the way. Cafes, bakeries, and a Four Square grocery shop only a (hilly) walk or short drive away. Highly recommend.

I have stayed in many Airbnb's accomodations around the world. but I have to say that this one was excellent!! the place is beautiful, nicely decorated. It is their home, so, everything around makes you feel at home. It is extremely clean, all very well organized. I am truly impressed, and I have to say that I am a very neat person. We definitely recommend this place, we will stay again there next time we go to Auckland. It is located in a nice neighborhood, Cornwall Park is very near by car. It is very quiet. Communication with Himali and Ian was excellent as well. They responded very fast if we needed anything. Unfortunately we didn't meet them, and we would really would like to cause their home let us know that they are very interesting people. My parents, my husband and our dog, we were very happy there!!

This was our second stay at Joanne's place and we felt right at home. The property is stunning and also very peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends as everyone has their own space when needed, highly recommend staying here!

The whole family had a great time at Craig’s AirBnB! Great location, close to down town and right around the corner to many places to eat and have a drink. Also, many places to get coffee and breakfast. The home was really nice with lots of nice touches.

Great location! Walking distance to both CBD and eden park. House was lovely with plenty of space for parking and nice homely feel. Juliet was very helpful and clear in her communication with us. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Channy was an amazing host and had excellent communication. Channy went truly above and beyond for us - Allowing us to host our baby shower at their beautiful home was the most perfect venue we could’ve ever asked for and we were so grateful. The photos don’t do the place justice as it is just so spacious and inviting in every room. 1000/10 would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again!! Heather & Harry’s home in devonport was awesome! Very close to the ferry and walking distances to multiple cafes, beaches, and small hiking spots. Heather really helped us out when we arrived in Auckland, not having a working phone she was able to phone the car hire service on our behalf and helped us get a shuttle to collect our rental car, we really appreciated that. The home was a great open space with plenty of natural lighting, and Heather had plenty of recommendations of things to do and try in the area. Only good things to say, could not recommend enough!

We had a great stay for a large family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone. A few things either didn't work or we needed help with how to work it out but Jimmy was very responsive - quick to respond and very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The spa was great! One of the beds upstairs was very hard but the others were ok. Great facilities and great location. Thanks Jimmy!
