Everything about this place is wonderful! A filipino style home beautifully made and accommodations were perfect. Even let us come back on short notice when our other place didn't work out. Thank you for letting us enjoy your space!

Absolutely wonderful place. Big and beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. The two bungalows were so beautiful and thoughtfully set up, the gardens were spectacular, the pool was pristine. And deep, which was awesome lol. The hosts were wonderful, extremely kind and helpful. There's even self serve sodas and beer. Rudy was awesome and even set us up with transportation to the port when it was time for us to catch our flight. 100/10, highly recommend, we will be here again on our next trip to Boracay:)

The place is 2min walk to the beach. We have a great time. Near all the restaurant.

Villa Presito will take your breath away when you first arrive and are greeted by the cute koi fish and the beautiful beach views! My group of 7 were very impressed and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The infinity pool by the beach was amazing! The staff was very attentive and did a great job taking care of us. The resort next door has great food and drinks and they also did a great job arranging activities and transport. I highly recommend this villa to anyone exploring Moalboal/Rhonda/Panagsama.

Great communication and 24/7 security and caretaker. Caretaker was very hospitable and no problem to tough to resolve. House was clean and tidy and great view over the sea. Unfortunately both my wife and I are light sleepers and the main 4 lane highway is between the house and the sea. Traffic was 24/7 so we got little sleep and thus left a day earlier.

They made our stay comforable and everything alright. Thank you to Nic and to the whole team.

Stayed at the villa for 5 nights with 3 adults and an infant. The place exceeded our expectations and was definitely nicer than the pictures. The owner provided us with a crib which was great! It is definitely up in a hill but the property manager was usually around and able to get you a trike to take if you wanted to go into town but we didn’t mind the hill and usually walked most places. We found the location to be perfect since there is a beautiful beach in walking distance and a handful of restaurants and even a few cute little bars. You really could stay in this area the whole time if you wanted to. The villa itself was super well maintained and modern. One night it rained pretty hard and we were able to get food delivered from a local restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here in Boracay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Sheen’s Airbnb. Only two blocks from D’Mall and the beach is also close. Staff was very friendly and condo was spacious and clean. Also, it’s a new building. I would recommend staying at Sheen’s Airbnb for anyone looking to travel to Boracay.

This unit was as pictured and described. While this unit doesn’t have a view, the building is located on the best part of Boracay’s white beach. It’s truly just a few seconds until your toes are in the sand. And close to some of the best restaurants! The building itself is average, but don’t let that fool you. The unit itself is freshly renovated and nicely furnished. The caretakers are helpful and responsive. I would stay with Martin and his team again!

A unique place with unique people. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the peace and the beautiful beach with a coral reef. This place isn't very touristy and you'll be able to meet great locals. We stayed in this wonderful place for 79 nights and will always be happy to come back. I recommend staying at least 1 month because this place will beautifully clear your head. Host Simon likes to give advice, lends a motorcycle. Local fishermen will bring you fresh fish, calamari, octopus, shells, and shrimp every day. You can buy regular groceries at a local small shop. Grilled fish at sunset is a great experience. We were visited by a few of our friends who were excited during our stay. Simon's dogs accompanied us for walks on the beach ..

Very good place to rest and sleep in a quiet and natural environment, yet very close to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.
