Romantic Cottage with Private Hot Tub

AnnRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door, map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

We have stayed at many Airbnb's, this was our best experience. Jimmie & his wife were tremendous hosts, very friendly & made you feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked & he quickly gave us coffee when we ran out. We definitely recommend this place. Thanks for the tour of the farm. Mike & Ann

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to have a much needed R&R weekend trip, we did not leave the house all weekend except to go into the barn for some games of pool! Modern Farmhouse near Shenandoah Nat'l Park + Lake

TomasRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Ryanne and Jay have cultivated a lovely mountain escape. The place has modern finishes and creature comforts but still maintains a rustic charm. We were about 30 minutes away for several amazing hikes and enjoyed taking the time to be in nature. When at home, we enjoyed the games they had in store, the fire pit and well stocked wood pile, and the general peace of the area. This would be our first pick to stay when returning to the area!

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

KaraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
EXACTLY as expected, no surprises. Carol was a dream to work with. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully restored. Even the necessary modernization blended in seamlessly. We woke up to happy and excited birds, and otherwise, a perfectly quiet and serene setting. We WILL return!

this is our second stay and we hope to return again. Lisa is a fantastic host, all the small details really meant a lot. We felt immediately welcome at home again- not rushed like some air bnbs. The space is beautifully decorated with love throughout. Peaceful sunrises and sunsets watching the birds and deer. Thank you again Lisa, you are more than a superhost!

The Loft at Sneaky Fox Farm

KellyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

Spring in WV countryside| guest cottage w/ hot tub

ValeryRating, 5 stars5 days ago
My spouse and I recently enjoyed a short romantic getaway in West Virginia. We chose to stay at Jennifer’s cottage because we loved the interior design, the hot tub, the fire pit, and, of course, the adorable animals on the property. We could not help but admire them - they were very cute! The cottage was fully-equipped, and the hot tub was clean. There were plenty of logs available for the campfire, and the area was wonderfully peaceful. The host also prepared some sweet amenities for us, and we were able to make s’mores by the campfire in the evening. I highly recommend staying at Jennifer’s cottage.

Sunset Ranch: Hot Tub! Mountain Views! Pool

RickRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay was peaceful. Our first time for my wife and I along with our 15 year old daughter in Woodstock. The home is located around 3 other homes on open cow pasture land, but far enough to be very private. The kitchen was just remodeled and looks very nice along with new appliances. Inside was very clean and beds comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Internet was good enough to stream over TV in home. It was quiet at night, road you're on is private and very limited noise from vehicles on it day or night, although I did not see a speed limit sign so vehicles go any speed along that route. We didn't use the hot tub, pool(off season), grill or firepit(burning ban). We did use the ping pong table in garage and watched the TV in the area attached to it, very nice addition! It turned out very windy during our stay and with that it carried the highway traffic noise downwind which was worse at certain times outside, not inside. Other than that out stay was relaxing, visiting the area.

Beautiful place! We had a lovely time! The house had everything we needed and more! It was such a cozy place! Our dog was so happy she had a huge yard to run in while we sat outside! It’s 5 mins from downtown so we got coffee each morning. And right down the street from the caverns was so convenient. Also walked down the street for ice cream :)

Hydrangea House - A Bright and Peaceful Farm Stay

KimRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lenah’s place was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal, for our visit, we attended a wedding at Great Marsh estates and it was less than a 5 minute drive. The apartment was also well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the outside area with cows, horses, goats, and Alpacas running around in the neighbors fenced yard. We enjoyed watching them while relaxing on the front porch. We also took a ride to Crockets Park and walked the trails and explored the park. It was a beautiful spot with a lake, pedal boats and canoe rentals when in season. I recommend Lenah’s place if you want to relax and enjoy nature.

1 Hickory Corner

JosephRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great time staying in George’s home. It was spacious, private, and had everything we needed and more, they even left us cookies on the counter when we checked in! The home itself is larger than I expected and has a very unique feel to it. We enjoyed just walking around the house checking out all of the cool decorations and other touches for awhile after putting our things away. The town it’s in is small but cute and has more than I expected. Everything you need and more. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb located at Wheatland Farm and Brewery, and it was an unforgettable experience! We love this cottage and these hosts! This location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful scenery, a very large fenced in yard for our dogs, and so quiet! We've stayed several times and the house is always clean, stocked, and so comfortable! Kelly is so kind, easy to communicate with, and super fast with her responses. If you're looking for a cozy spot in the mountainside, this is the perfect choice.
