Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Upstairs you will find a spacious room with a double bed. The studio also includes a small balcony.

There is also secure parking, BBQ, prive pool and its very own vegetable garden. Our farm is in 50m distance so every one who wants has the opportunity to visit and see our beautiful animals. The cottage is located in a very peaceful area, yet is a 2-5 min drive from the closest market, restaurants,bars,taverns and beaches.

Beatiful stay at Panorama studios. We had a 2 bedroom flat in the loft with fantastic sea view. Breakfast and coffee in the morning with that view were just the best thing ever. Chris, his mom and all the staff were very friendly and usefull. We spent most of our beach time at Alikes beach which is only a 10mins drive. The local Amoudi beach is a small bay beach tipe great for snorkelling and evening swimming. Shop with everything you may need just around the corner. we had a great time.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience - Ivana and Dionisis were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony is incredible! Even better than the photos. We ended up eating at the restaurant there most nights as the food and wine was so delicious. We would definitely come back!

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!
